Now STG trans, have the most horrible and unprofessional drivers in the country, in the ports they will cut you off and smile at you , possibly even say thanks.If their drivers aren't speeding, they're not XPO/STG....

Do not book loads out of here I repeat do not book loads out of here loading is done by hand and takes 5-6 hours when you deliver to next stop you will wait 6-10 hours to get unloaded

Callled customer service. The call was entirely automated and none of the menu choices was not what I needed. There is NO live person to assist you. I would rate this a -1.

Delivery was delayed twice, when it finally arrived, it was badly damaged. Currently I'm on week three waiting for this "company" to pick up. I've informed Amazon that I'm not a storage facility, and will call xpo again tomorrow. They have 7 more days, after that I'll be contacting my attorney.

Have waited 6 weeks for them to pick-up a furniture return from Amazon and they have canceled twice on the morning of the scheduled pick-up, again today after waiting 4 weeks for the 2nd appointment. No customer service assistance accept "sorry".

Where do I start ? I have been told every day for a week that my Westin bed was being delivered that day. The wait times on the phone are very long and twice I've lost theconnection or been hung up on. Im ready to do a charge back to Westin due to this horrid delivery service.pany.

Today on 10-22-21. Xpo truck # 159F06 speeding 25 - 30 miles in hour at PCT. Cut me off in front off my truck in port, very unsafe and reckless driver. Pulling container # TRHU- 528659-7. About 4:10. 4:15 PM. I hope this driver will get fired and he will learn a lesson...

Horrible customer service. You call to schedule someone to come out and install your stuff (which was a service I paid for) and I always was told the warehouse would call in a couple of days. This went on for 2 weeks before I called the company I bought my products from and complained. Then they got someone else to install it. I will now cringe anytime I have something coming from xpo.

Avoid this place if you want your package to arrive on-time. I ordered a couch through Amazon, and Amazon used them to deliver the couch. Being military and living on post, my address shows that someone needs base access to deliver here. I spoke to someone prior to delivery, they stated no one needed to be home that it would be dropped off on the porch which was perfect. On the day of delivery I receive a voicemail from a driver Mr. Levinthol, stating he would be arriving at the base in 15-30 mins and that he would appreciate if someone could meet him at the gate to give him base access, and that if no one could that he, “doesn’t want to wait to be cleared” meaning I need to reschedule delivery. I contact the company, to tell them what their driver had said, they apologized and they promise it to be delivered the very next day, call the next day, they don’t respond. Today was the 3rd day, still no communication from the company, and so finally called Amazon to cancel the order. This company is a joke, and their customer service is worse. Way to treat your active duty service members!

Last week was my scheduled delivery.Truck showed up and they took 8 boxes out of the back, one falling from 8’ to the street. ?They put two boxes in my garage only to realize it wasn’t my order, my order was at the front of the truck. ?The drivers were very polite and apologetic, but they would need to run North to deliver everything on their truck before they could get back to my cabinets.I work second shift so this didn’t work so I rescheduled for next week (today) ?No call from the drivers... so I called them and guess what? My order is not even on the truck for today. ?♂️They said they can get it on a truck tomorrow. It would be a bad situation if my installer was here last week and this week with no cabinets. Based on this experience I can not recommend XPO logistics because the logistics side has failed twice now. They have been apologetic each time, but if your only job is to move product... maybe consider changing the name to Almost There Logistics? First world problems ?♂️

If i could put a negative star for this company , i would. They are the most incompetent , very unprofessional and useless shipping company I've ever dealt with. I ordered Kitchen appliances through Samsung and not only my delivery has been delayed but they could not even tell me where the heck are my appliances and when are they going to be able to re-deliver it. I've called them 3 times already and i was promised to be called back, receive an email and a text message and yet none had been received. The last representative i spoke with, I think Disney is her name is just very unprofessional and very. No apologies and even argumentative. @Samsung, you should stop using this shipping company as they are just tainting your image too.
