“I ordered sandals online, and they shipped it to the store. I got my sandals and in the bag was a dress and I said I didn't order a dress. Just the sandals. So the cashier looked it up on my order. It was just the sandals. I could have walked out without saying anything, but that's not right. The cashier said thanks for being honest.”

He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience fun and easy. He had an answer to every question and solution for each of our requests. Give that man a raise! He deserves it!”

“Shopping before labor day in Tacoma was why I love Kohl's. Sales were really great for back to school shopping and the employees were very helpful. They were busy getting new product out, marking down end-of-season stuff, and still very helpful in finding prices,etc. Kim and Nancy at checkout went above and beyond in helping with checkout. I enjoy shopping at the Tacoma Kohl's and I enjoy it even more with such helpful staff.”

“Nathalie is the sweetest person. Her smile lights up the room. She takes her time listening to what you want and makes sure you are happy with everything before leaving. Nathalie can do it all! She understands the human body better than anyone. She's hemmed pants for me, all the way to creating full custom pieces. I had her alter a dress full of sequence. You couldn't even tell it had been touched when she was done. It looked fabulous! I own 2 dresses and a wool coat of Nathalie's and it isn't enough! “Shout out to Lali for helping me purchase jeans yesterday for my wife and I. I think I was in there about 20 minutes trying on 7-8 pair; and found the exact pants I wanted and two pair of jeans for my wife. Really enjoyed the experience. I have been there many times over the years, and will continue to pay for the most expensive, beautiful jeans just for the customer service. They were really busy and the manager kept their cool. “A little on the pricey side but I'm ok with that for a couple reasons. One hey it's the mall and their space rent is at a premium. And 2 the selection they do have is pretty unique. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and id go back just because the selection was really good. Clerk was pleasant and helpful and there was no pressure to buy from her. Just good service and quick checkout.”

“Karina with a K was a horrible individual. I was so close to losing my cool, but for obvious reasons I can’t. But I was there twice over the last two days and I spent my childhood roaming these hallowed halls (when the Bon Marche was here), so I couldn’t let the incredible work of literally every other employee and the manager go unnoticed. Though Karina said “may you have the holiday you deserve,” and I was briefly tempted to correct her error, the manager and the other regular staff helped me, my sister, my brother yesterday. I’ll call corporate separately about Karina, and speak to her about unprofessionalism, but this store is full of staff that cares, and that deserves to be celebrated, especially during the holiday season. Super props to the manager. As most people, I’ve shopped at H&M for years, and to grab gifts and fast fashion finds, but knowledgeable, kind staff take the experience to the highest level. Again, Karina was horrible, but literally every other team member was kind, informative and intelligent. Kudos to the management team”
“Eddie Bauer clothes are some of the best thought out and designed clothes. Especially their outdoor clothes. I am a huge fan of the new Evertherm down. If you layer with a base layer and a light mid layer, the Evertherm outer jackets will keep you warm through anything. The store itself here was great, with many of the clothes to try. I recommend the clothes here.”
“So I didn't want to come here because of the reviews.But I was greeted with kindness, the buyer was cool, and I saw a bit if behind the scenes with their buying process.Part of the reason the process takes time, is they actively look up items on the internet to make sure they can even buy what people are trying to sell. Plus looking at price comparisons, imo to get the going rate for what they are buying.Tbh, this is fair and appreciated. They do in fact look at every item with care and detail.Lastly, they make everything else smooth and cool.I give this place a 5 star. Support your local businesses :)”

“The size range here is amazing! Im 5’9 and an XS Tall in scrubs and it’s so hard for me to find quality scrubs that fit. They carry as small as xxs and tall and petite sizing, im not sure exactly about plus. The color and brand options are also good, and they range from $20-$45 a piece. The employees are so so helpful and never rushing. There’s also fitting rooms available. 100% returning and recommending to others.”
