walked into westgate acre hardware. Three men with red ace hardware vests standing by cashier talking. I asked for mouse traps. One pointed the way and said aisle 10.This is not the service I usually get from them. I would have preferred one take me to aisle and explain the different kinds of traps.k

This is the only place anymore that has bolt bins you can get every bolt and screw and Ben and technical little piece that get coming big packages anymore or any other store you can buy one here it's great the staff was great the price is great awesome good experience thank you

When I have to spend any money, I carefully decide who to give it to and I try hard to shop local. Ace has been my go to hardware store because the prices are okay (everywhere is too expensive), the selection is good for me, and the employees are so nice and helpful! The big box stores have a much bigger selection but Ace, hands down, has the most helpful associates!

The customer service here at checkout is non inviting they seem to be unwelcoming. Each time I visit I go in and out, cashiers so far seem inconvenienced by my 2-3 item purchase. I try not to visit this location if I can. I value Ace Hardware just not this location. The workers seem really unhappy and it's shows by how they treat their patrons. Get in and get out fast every time so that I make sure they know their time is valuable, even though they seem to be absolutely miserable at the checkout. "I'm sorry who ever hurt you, hope you have a better day." That's what I want to say.

I have tried to patronize this Ace store to keep it in business but their customer service sucks. The cashiers will not bag your purchases even if you bring your own.When standing in a long checkout line a rude lady stepped in front and started asking questions of the manager who left the customers trying to check out with their purchases so he could help the person that cut in front.I'm done and won't be back.
