This branch is a joke. Can you imagine to cash a check drawn on them they require to forms of ID? And really thats ok! But when my bf comes to the car to get the credit card that his name is on they won't let him back in the door because its now 12:02 & they close @ 12. To make matter worse he had waited in line initially 15 mins. I'm taking him to US Bank for good customer service.

Brady was so kind and knowledgeable when my family came in to settle my deceased uncle’s account. Brady graciously explained the entire process while assisting with filing all of the paperwork. I really appreciate the attentiveness and care Brady displayed that allowed my grieving grandmother the opportunity to recoup some of the funds she spent unexpectedly burying her son.

Closed door two minutes early. I needed to make an emergency deposit into my subs account which because of this is going to cause make problems. Unacceptable. There were three of us that got here at same time. We're all checked the time in our cell phone. They another reason I personally do not bank with you guys any more. B I'll now be working on getting my son away from this bank. Thanks for nothing. Before you say I should of gotten here sooner, like I said earlier, it was an emergency and emergencies happen when they feel like it.

Poor customer service provided to my agent today.My agent went into this branch to submit a cash deposit for me as I have COVID and was refused in an unprofessional manner by one of the tellers.I am disappointed in Wells Fargo, and I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years.

Go In to cash a check, the teller than proceeded to give me information about my check, stating that I can only withdraw a certain amount and the rest will have to be deposited and cleared, which I was okay with. She than continued to tell me that due some other issues I will have to wait 7 business days before the check can clear. I was presented with an option to either to the deposit the check into my account and wait 7 days or go to a check cashing location to cash the check and deposit it. Which I accepted. Due to bills being due and my account status I couldn't wait 7 days after I was told it would be 1 day. Now, here I am going to locations to cash my check which I cannot do, due to the fact the teller ran the check and it had a stamp on it. Which basically mean no other places can cash it because it was "ran" by wellsfargo. So now here I am having to wait 7 days, due to a tellers mistake, to get a check deposited. with being in a financial struggle because I was given wrong information, This is a huge deal, mistakes involving money should not be made especially with this pandemic. Worst experience ever and this will be my last. After everything is handled I will leave wellsfargo, good to know that 13 years of service means this little to them!

Wells fargo bank is an average bank with average service. The employees have never offered to go the extra for myself anyway. I did recently close my account here to open one at Sound Credit. I rated the three stars as I've come to expect average service. Four/five stars are for those businesses that will go the extra.
