I have had great custoner interactions with Wells Fargo staff…except this location my the Tacoma Mall. I have tried to complete task several occasions, but i get the coldest shoulder. Ive asked dor help to solve issues and they have refused to look into anything. This last interaction was for the safety and security for my elderly mothers account. He was cold and calculating and condescending like i was stupid. He told me to go online. My mother was confused. So we got back to our car and i called customer service from that same parking lot. My mother was helped in 10 minutes. This was not the first time have never felt so demeaned and belittled by their staff. I feel anxiety evety time i walk in their building thinking are they going to help me. That moment was my last. I and i vow to never steo foot there again.

Very bed customer services wich not represent wells fsrgo usually the charge me every time i make a check every time i go in i get no service somehow

Jo Ann is the best, I had an anomaly occur with my account and she followed up with me and made sure everything was fixed and I appreciate that so much, it is so hard to find people nowadays like her that follow through. I avoid the Federal Way branch on 320th just because the few times I had an issue and tried that branch,I got nowhere after waiting a long time. A difference of night and day. Thank you so much I look forward to expanding my business, and visiting this branch again hopefully soon.

Worst banking experience at this Branch. Teller was very knowledgeable but supervisors at Branch made customers wait 30 min per transaction for approvals

Very slow. been coming here for 5 years now. With a steady decline in costume service. Dont even introduce them self anymore. Two of the employees served me some of the worst discrimination I ever experienced.

4 people working this location, only one allow to work the teller window, while the other 3 sit on there butts, and 20 people in line. Hmmm yea I think there is a problem here.

Cristina, Russell, and Evelyn were so helpful in managing the issues when my uncle passed away. They all explained the details and guided us through the layers of complexities.

slowest branch i’ve ever been to. they are nice but so slow. i’ve come to this branch 3 times now and all 3 times i ended up standing in line for 25 minutes at least.

They are really slow and the manager has to be called three times before she gets up from her desk and slowly walks over to provide teller assistance

Why is this bank closed during regular business hours? Why are debit cards that was issued back in October of 2020 expiring three months later? Why are you charging me $10 for a monthly fee for all this inconvenience?
