Went to get some meds for my cat today to prevent further emergency vet visits. The pharmacy staff were so helpful! I waited in a long line in drive thru but they were so helpful to find discounts for me

The manager Kim is rude and very unprofessional. She needs to be retrained and taught store policy. She represents Walgreens in a very trashy way. She creates a hostile environment.

If I could leave negative stars. I would. my girlfriend and I were in here. And we have never been here before in our lives. We don't even live around here. I happened to be in the area. An employee walks up to us and says, "I'm gonna have to ask you to leave. You've been asked before to leave. You're not supposed to be in the store." I'm like, what? I was like, I've never even been in here. Neither one of us has. " She then says,"You can buy whatever you have, but that's it" I was so shocked I didn't even think to get her name but I would know her if I saw her and this JUST happened 10 mins ago. She has long brown hair, about 5'5" white and is probably 45 yrs old. I have my license with me and would've gladly shown them that I am not who they think I am, nor has my girlfriend. I can not emphasize enough that NEITHER OF US HAVE EVER BEEN IN THAT WALGREENS BEFORE. So, we had to leave and it was extremely embarrassing bc everyone in the store heard it and saw it. Horrible staff. I will tell everyone I know how this Walgreens had profiled and discriminated against us.

TRACY IS THE MOST USELESS EMPLOYEE I’VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. If there is even ONE person in front of you in line, expect to be there for a while. Someone please get rid of her, she’s rude and obviously hates her job and life.

The manager “Selena” is very unprofessional and selective about who she serves. If you don’t fit the description of who she approves, she will refuse you service. She won’t allow you to use cash if she doesn’t feel like you deserve it, I guess. If you don’t fit their expectations you will not be treated with human decency. If you seek good customer service- don’t go here. They are profiling your purchases.

Do not shop with you OTC card at this store twice I have been ripped off by them they ring up your merchandise put it in a bag behind the counter and you don't get more than half the items. They claim the things are not covered when it says they are on the shelf. And online claim they have not put it on the card but a hundred dollars was decucted for 3 items after ringing it up then voiding claim it will be put back on the card. It Wasn't and I was not given the receipt that reflected what was done if it doesn't cover it why is it deducted from the card the way they ring it up and then delete it is confusing and just wrong. Twice same thing is no accident it's a ripoff

If you have elderly family members or are a caregiver of special needs individuals CHECK their medications and make sure they’re correct!They gave the wrong medication to a special needs individual that I care for and REFUSED to inform their insurance that THEY messed up so the insurance refused to pay for the correct medication.The solution was simple, all they had to do was admit to their mistake and the problem would’ve been fixed, instead they left a person who was mentally struggling to suffer.They disgust me, we transferred medication and we will never use them again. They can NOT be trusted! Just don’t come here for prescription medication!

The place is clean and the employees always greet you. Not to often you see tweakers or Holmes people there begging for money. This is are go to Walgreens. I can send in my 14 year old with no problems. They have fast service for pictures. When there's 3 in a line they call for back up. Most of the time they have what I want. There shelves are stocked and ready for you to shop. When they don't have what I wanted they went out of there way ( that's what makes there customer service so great) they looked at surrounding Walgreens to see if they had it. Which they didn't so he gave other suggestions of where I could go get them. That's what makes me coming back here. Good job to all the employees at Walgreens.

I am a repeat customer at the photo center in Walgreens. I just had my first baby, so many pictures, I'm in picking up pictures at least every other week. On the 24th of February I put in a large order of about 141 pictures because I was having a family get together and wanted to gift everyone a baby picture bundle. When I picked up my pictures this time there was over half of them that were blurry and about 25 that had half my baby's face cut off. With no time to do anything about this, I had to get home and greet all my family and gift them disappointing pictures. I put in another small order to pick up the next day, hoping I could get better images and mail the pictures to those whom received half of my baby's face. When I went in to pick up the pictures I mentioned how terrible the ones from the day before were. I wasn't shown any apologetic want to make this issue better, I was told that I could get a refund if I brought back in all of the pictures, because I only had about 20 to show the manager and employee helping me. I explained that my family has the photos because it was supposed to be a gift to all of them. So the manager then started counting what I had 21 pictures, and said he could only refund what I brought in. So I said I would bring back as many more as I could I guess if that's all he could do. He handed me back my pictures and then rang me up and I paid full price for my replacement pictures I had ordered. I feel like this situation should have been handled with more compassion for my problem and a better solution, rather than me having to make another trip and rally pictures and spend more money out of my pocket. I was completely unsatisfied and felt like my business wasn't important, so I will no longer be a customer at the photo center at Walgreens. I will also be leaving a yelp review and telling anyone I know how rude and unkind and unprofessional and sloppy Walgreens photo center is. I've spent way too much money to have such an important event be ruined and for the manager to simply treat me that way.

I am so very greatful for the absolute Stellar service I've received from the Pharmacy My husband has been very I'll and scheduled for open heart surgery he has to take many heart medications,there's been many changes and the pharmacy has really been on top of all his medications and has filled his new right away.Thankyou So very much for all you've done and are doing to lighten our load.

Worst retail pharmacy I have ever visited. As a licensed medical professional I would recommend you go to another branch for your pharmaceutical needs. The staff lack the basic knowledge and skill set to do their jobs. Definitely need a visit fro PQAC. It's sad independently owned pharmacies have been put out of business by retail chains like walgreens.

The store staff is helpful and friendly, unfortunately I can't say the same about the pharmacy. I have actually pulled all my prescriptions and moved to another chain drug store entirely because of the snotty attitude of the pharmacy staff. I used to spend quite a bit of money here but I don't want to deal with the attitude anymore, so I am out of there.
