This Walgreens is quite clean, and the layout is functional. Employees seemed efficient and friendly. There was only one cashier working at the time I shopped there, but they do have two self checkouts. Unfortunately both of the self checkouts were down and required another employee to come up from the back to reset them. Still, one of the nicer Walgreens that I've been to. Items seemed decently stocked.

Gave appointment for COVID shot when they did not have any. Said corporate books the appointment and the have no control over it.

The pharmacy staff are the worst! They are rude in person and over the phone. They seem annoyed that you're even speaking to them. I just transferred my prescription to Bartell's.

I have been a customer for this pharmacy for years but today I had the worst customer service experience ever from the manager. I come to pick up a prescription one of the insurance I had it didn’t work the other one only covered a month at time, the initial pharmacy tech asked to wait about 15 min for insurance update and refill adjustment. I received a message less that 10 min my prescription is ready to pick. At the second attempt to pick up my prescription the manager came to the drive through window to assist me asked to turn off the car and come closer to speaker because the speaker is old and she couldn’t hear me over it. The other pharmacist had no trouble to hear me given the fact I pull my car very close to the window. Other thing they did NOT worked my prescription through the insurance and I paid in full for the prescription. I’m not a rude or difficult person I work in healthcare service industry and validate people’s feelings but this manager that served me was very disrespectful didn’t even thank or wish to have a good day. I was with my seven year old daughter in the car and at the end of this transaction she said ‘WOW’.

On Sunday April 16th at 3:30 PM.I came to your store to buy a few items as a caregiver my job. And the young lady attending the cash register had a very very ugly attitude. It gave me the impression that as a black man I wasn't allowed in the store. In my field I do a lot of psychology and it gave me the impression As a customer She didn't wanna serve me. I've came to the store some 10/15 years and this is the 1st time I've ever had someone with an attitude as such. Times are hard for everyone in our society today. So this time I'm just gonna overlook it. It is said that God-created us all equal but to some people they may feel that's a lie and we're not all created equal but an attitude adjustment is something to be looked at early on instead of waiting until something bad happens to anyone. All it takes is the right person to come into the store were they already have an attitude and something like that happens and it could be bad for both parties. So I'd look into it just to give it a check. Thanks for reading and your support. Have a good day.

Prices different than what what is displayed. You find out during check out when they scan the item that was 11.99 to magically 15.99. I really needed the items. Next time I will just go to Walmart or target. It’s a trend with CVS too.

Staff were very rude, not very clean facility (dirty, unable to get locked merchandise as there were no staff around to help, etc.)

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Slow and do mot respect your time. Been waiting for my prescription for 1hour with no proper response from the pharmacist.

HORRIBLE customer service. They leave very vague messages and text messages, telling you one item is ready and not another - not enough information to tell your doctor's office what is needed. When I called the pharmacy, the person I spoke to was rude and condescending from the beginning of the call. They also lied when I inquired about changing pharmacies. DO NOT go to this Walgreens for any pharmacy needs, unless you want to be talked down to and not get your prescriptions in the timeframe you need.

Can’t buy behind the counter cough medicine here. Their excuse was something about a nation wide system that could be down for a minute or forever. They had no idea. Not very nice about it

Pharmacy is not professional. Lacks customer service skills. Makes assumptions about insurance and fails to communicate. I do not recommend.

This Walgreens is wonderful.Staff is friendly and welcoming.I had a horrible experience at the other location but like night and day, this Walgreens was wonderful.Will go here from now on.

Aubrey saved the day. I was told they didn’t have my medicine at the 121 Walgreens for over a week and when I called she informed me that they were looking at an old prescription and my meds were actually available all week! I am so glad I changed my pharmacy
