Went in to get three vaccinations from the pharmacy. I made an appointment on the Walgreen's website five days ahead of time, but the pharmacy didn't have one of the vaccines I had ordered. When I arrived, I got the impression that my appointment hadn't been communicated to the pharmacy staff at all. It really spoiled the experience, because the vaccine they didn't have was the most important of the three. There's some breakdown in their communication chain that needs to be addressed. Despite that, I was happy with the customer service. I was seen right away and the pharmacists were both very friendly and helpful.

I hate this store. I hate my experience everytime I come in this store. I reload money on a card everytime I come in, I have to prepare myself to be in there for 10+ minutes just to get helped. Managers approval is needed as I deposit a lot of money. I receive possibly the worst customer service I’ve seen. Everytime I say I’m reloading a card I get sighs, eye rolls and horrible attitudes. Sometimes I’m sent over to photo to complete reload but a large handful of times I walk out of the store after 10+ minutes of being sent to photo with no one helping me or mentioning that they’ll be right with me. NUMEROUS times I have asked an employee to their face if I can get a certain item unlocked, they say they will send someone and I’ve had to walk out of the store after asking 2-3 separate people to unlock a product and everyone passes the job off to the next, never getting done. Not one time have I had a smooth, enjoyable, timely visit to this store. The customer service is bottom of the barrel. I’ve never seen more than 7 people in the store at once, why should I be waiting 10+ minutes ever. Also, please come up with a smoother process for reloading cards. Your cashiers have horrible attitude about it, and quite frankly so would I.

The pharmacist named Sunny was not very nice and impolite to customers. He was very bad to us 3 times. I don’t wanna come here anymore. He gave me not the right medicine to order

This review is for the store only, not the pharmacy.In my most recent shopping experience here, everything went great except my register rewards didn’t print. When I asked the cashier about them not printing, all they said was, “I don’t know, they haven’t been printing all day.” They didn’t try to look into it further to get me my rewards that Walgreens was advertising for the products I purchased.Luckily a few days later I called and the manager Sean happened to answer. He very happily and quickly found my account and added the rewards to my account. Thanks Sean!

The CEO of Walgreens made over $17 million dollars last year, while the average Walgreens employee made about $24,000. That's a 705:1 ratio. Walgreens can afford to hire more people and pay them better so that a customer like me doesn't have to wait an hour to pick up a prescription.

Incompetent. Scheduled flu shots on a Sunday. Arrive and they say they don’t do flu shots on weekends. Then said they’ll do them. Then almost half hour of waiting and still no shots. Asked and they said it’d take another 20 more minutes! We couldn’t wait any longer (had somewhere to be) so just left. What a waste of time.

WARNING!!! The pharmacist here does not know what he's doing. He gave us incorrect RX info & was also very unprofessional. I asked him to slow down the conversation because he'd already made three mistakes regarding the RX. Another Walgreens pharmacy an hour later CONFIRMED he was wrong. That pharmacist apologized on behalf of Walgreens My provider & I both had extensive problems dealing with this pharmacist. The provider said he won't send RX's to this Walgreens location anymore. I didn't get the pharmacists name but it was an Asian gentleman. Very verbally unprofessional.

Don’t ever go to this location for your medications, shot or anything. Even though you put in your prescriptions for few days now and when you come they do not have it ready.The staffs are rude and unprofessional. Highly not recommended.

Horrible pharmacy experience. Made appointments for flu and COVID shots for the whole family. Showed up 15 minutes early. Pharmacy was so overwhelmed and backed up that we didn't check in for 30 minutes. After an hour wait and several toddler breakdowns I had to leave. Will never use any Walgreens again for anything. Corporate is triple booking appointments and the overworked pharmacy staff is who has to deal with it. What was supposed to be a convenient appointment became a terrible experience. Don't do it. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else.

Just don't go to the pharmacy here. Period. The cooperation doesn't respect their pharmacists, only profit. Showed up with my two toddlers to all get flu and covid shots. They had appointments triple books and one pharmacist. You can tell that the techs are trying, but they are being screwed over by profit driven corporate overlords. I quick in and out appointment was instead a turned into over an hour wait with several meltdowns by my kids. Never again. I'll be waiting to get all by covid and flu shots through my primary physician from now on.

Same day prescription sent. It's now the next day. I keep calling auto line to check and it's not ready. First I'm told 2:00,then 3:00, now 6:00. Customer service is terrible. Staff is rude and impatient. Will not be using this pharmacy again. Trash.

Got trapped in Tacoma because my kid was vomiting in my car. Urgent care prescribed zofran to help with nausea. We needed it before we could head out. We let Walgreens know that we where traveling through but they where so backed up it did not matter. Walgreens got the prescription at 3pm that day but where not able to make it which made us get a hotel.That evening they said it would be done by 12 the following day. We called 3 times and could never get someone. At one point we waited for over 30 minutes with only one caller ahead. When we got there about 1:15 they said it would be after 2pm. We told them we where trapped here and they did not care.I just spent money on a hotel when it was pointless to stay in town. Why tell me you can make deadlines when you obviously cannot and force me to spend money when I should have just kept going. Now we have a sick baby in the car traveling to Spokane. Complete waste of everyone's time and money.

Horrible pharmacy. Chronically understaffed. Always a long wait. Get an alert that your prescription is ready, go down there to pick it up, it’s not ready. After waiting in line for 45 minutes. Go somewhere, anywhere else

I was just in the store and needed assistance with cosmetics that is locked waited and waited while the employee was putting stuff away on the shelves she did step away to help someone with another customer at the register. But then back to what she was doing and not helping me. So rude and unprofessional. I will be telling all my friends not to shop there.
