This pharmacy tried to refuse me my medications I’ve been on for 6 years. Two anti depressants and two anti anxiety meds, 3 of these can be dangerous to just fall off of without tapering. I’m a young widow with two young daughters that are 7 & 9. I would have ended up hospitalized if I did not get my medication. On top of that I have no family to take my girls, so I’d be screwed quite badly. LESLIE tried to physically refuse my medications to me at the window in person at 4;58pm, just because I was 2 minutes before they closed. Basically, it was like someone just wanted to get off work and not uphold their duty and responsibility to clients/patients that depend on their medications. THIS IS HEALTH WE ARE TALKING ABOUT HERE, NOT HIGH SCHOOL, so stop acting like you’re in high school Leslie, and serve patients like your responsibility requires you. Thank you!Will not be going back to ANY Walgreens pharmacy, ever. Have had nothing but negative experiences of negligence and lack of care.I have contacted my lawyer to raise a suit against this pharmacy for this incident last month in May 2023, for putting me into distress and aggravating my mental health diagnosis, knowingly & willingly doing so.

Leslie is a horrible customer service representative who cannot be bothered to help loyal customer. I’ve been taking the same medication’s for over five years and I’ve been picking them up at this pharmacy for over a year now and I’ve always had great service. Adam is a great pharmacist. But the service I received on my most recent visit was horrendous. I’ve never been treated so rudely, as if serving a customer some meds they depend on was such an inconvenience. I will never go back.

This is not a "real" Walgreens pharmacy. The subtext from the employees is to not use them and I can confirm that, if they can get your prescription (and some they cannot) that it takes them vastly longer to fill it. So, assume this store does not exist and go elsewhere.

A “new” pharmacy manager that doesn’t understand the pharmacology being prescribed by a doctor for they’re patients, whose customer repeatedly requested to please fill each of every prescription taken every thirty days, to please keep them in stock, medications filled that keep a person alive, whose state of health is fragile is immune compromised is a customer that deserves to be treated with care, added the pandemic to stay at home —— when asked why a medicine was not in the mix that I just picked — instead Adam chose to be condescending and disrespectful, not accountable. It is not my job to do Adam’s job. Adam maintains the patients profile, and if he understood the pharmacology and cared for his patients profile, the life sustaining missing medication would have sustained the patients good night but he would not and my life today is in complete disarray. Adam caused me physical harm, a non-controlled substance medication giving me a restful peaceful night. Adam said, you should have looked in your bag. Wow! The morale has changed at Walgreens Community Services. Leadership is an Honor and those they serve are their Privilege. If you understand what it means to be honorable, then you understand what it means to be a leader for those you serve, your privilege.
