This is the worst pharmacy. They are rude and Dismissive. The pharmacy staffmust be stressed and unable to communicate with customers. Well, I'm done with Walgreens I'm moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

I think more places should have those bike lockers instead of the bike rack! To many people like myself like the ebikes. Problem is there's really no lock that will stop these punks from taking what's not there's. I would feel more safe riding my bike to a place that even offered a locker to rent when going in there store. If your up to stop by the store you use the most put in a request to the manager. I think if there is enough people speaking out it will happen. Thanks

Sidney at the Pharmacy is incompentent. They told me my prescription was in stock and I sent the prescription right away and then they just didn't fill it. Now, they are saying it's not in stock and acting like it's no big deal that they flat out lied to me. Now I can't get my medication because this person decided they don't like me for being understandably upset and blocked my number from the pharmacy. edit: Called the store and had to be rerouted from the store to the pharmacy bc sidney wouldn't pick up the phone. I spoke to another pharmacist who knows how to do their job and they said my meds actually were in stock. Sidney apparently doesn't know the difference between some medications. i'm not sure what their qualifications are but a person who tells someone their meds are not in stock when they are in stock because they don't know how identify medication correctly should NOT be a pharmacist. It's a really bad job market and I do feel bad for saying it, but pharmacist is not a job an unqualified person should have just bc the job market is bad. Sidney needs retraining or to work in another capacity at the store, but handing out medications when they don't even know how to differentiate between prescriptions is a recipe for killing someone. This level of incompetence is okay for non-medical jobs, but if a pharmacist doesn't know what they are doing, it's extremely dangerous to patients. If the meds they thought I was asking for were in stock, I would have gotten the wrong meds which would have been bad. It's really not so much that they made a mistake, it's that they were so hostile and angry that I even questioned them that they refused to double check if they had made a mistake It was the assumption that I must be wrong and therefore, there should be no effort made to double check if a mistake was made on their end, that really scares me. If a pharmacist is not willing to double check that you have the right medication when you are telling them they have it wrong, then that is a recipe for getting killed. Sidney's unwillingness to double check her work will \\\"accidentally\\\" get someone killed one day and knowing Sidney, they will probably blame someone else for it.

THE WORST pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever encountered! SO rude! Even my doctor said this pharmacist was the most arrogant and argumentative man he's ever spoken with. He thinks he knows better than your doctor, and will refuse to fill meds and argue with you about your prescriptions. The head pharmacist is an Asian male, low 40s if I had to guess-simply for identification purposes so someone can hold him accountable! Take your business elsewhere. They are absolutely awful and do not value or empathize with the needs of their customers.

What good is an appointment when no one shows up. Had a 9:30 AM appointment for a COVID test. Was asked to "please come back because the tech was running late". This was despite the fact that the pharmacy opened at 9:00 AM. What a bunch of jokers. Do yourself a favor and go to the Sprague location which is actually staffed. I bet these jokers will still submit for payment even though no one was there to keep my actual appointment. Now I have to take off work a 2nd time to take test elsewhere. Two huge thumbs down to this craphole

TLDR: PHARMACY IS USELESS! My daughter is in urgent need of some medication, not life threatening but urgent. We took her to urgent care and the prescription was sent several hours ago. The pharmacist with no tact said 'It might be ready today but probably not'. No offer to send it to a different pharmacy, just an explanation that they are short-staffed. I know there are staffing shortages all over the place but this is just not a workable solution if you need a prescription filled. This is NOT how all pharmacies are operating.

Walgreens has officially lost my business. I have tolerated poor customer service in the past - being patient with issues the pharmacy should have had responsibility for - yet today was the last straw. My doctor sent them my prescription three times over this past week only to hear crickets. I have now been without meds for three days due to whatever negligence or internal system issues they have going on with a laissez-faire-too bad kind of attitude. It's a good thing my life doesn't immediately rely on these meds for survival cuz I'd be SOL. Bartell's has my business now.

Getting my meds here is a new challenge every month. Been going here for 5 years and their system still makes no sense. I'm currently withdrawing from my meds bc my doctor sent the prescription 6 days ago but for some reason the pharmacy didn't fill it.I called and said I needed it ASAP, they said they'd have it ready by 5. Pharmacy closes with no word. I call late the next morning in tears & the pharmacist was rude and said it'd be ready "later today." I understand being busy but you can't mess around with meds, don't say it'll be ready one day then fail to do it. I'm suffering the consequences of their incompetence. Definitely will be switching pharmacies as soon as I can. Choose a different pharmacy if you can.

Super unprofessional. I waited in drive thru for 35 minutes at 5:00 when I was told prescription would be ready at 3:00. They are extremely unprofessional everytime I go in. I truly am now switching my pharmacy after today. When people are sick and can’t go inside they get treated like trash.

I've lived by this walgreens for about a decade. The customers can be the absolute worst. The store inside is pretty clean, usually well stocked. But!!! The reason I'm giving it 5 stars: There's this guy named Augie that works there and he is so patient, friendly and super helpful. Give this guy a raise!

Every time I have gone here the staff has treated me with disdain. Now, I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years, and my experience this is usually due to one of two problems. They could be overworked and underpaid, or they deal with a lot of very challenging customers (welcome to customer service) and do not know how to cope with that. They barely look me in the eye while being rude and acting impatient. The impression left is that they are irritated that they have to do their job. Anyone who works with customers should have at least a shred of people skills. I’m not saying fake smiles and chit chat. Just basic, minimal kindness. Had my seizure medication transferred to a totally different pharmacy after having the same experience with different staff members multiple times. Problems like this usually stem from bad leadership and/or company policy. I do not blame the individual, but the institution that has created these conditions. In other words, the staff hates working there and it shows.

This place can"t get anything right! When they say you have 8 days to pick up script and you get there in 2 days and it isn't there it is such a waste of my time. It has happened so many times... maybe it ispirposely done. Try calling them and you are on hold for 30 to 90 minutes. The drive thru isn't much better. I called the other day and the over confident woman who was not too bright actually hung up on me. If you haven't a clue as to what you are talking about, you shouldn't act all powerful looking like a fool. She was just haunted by her own inadequacies!
