I got a notification that they had questions on my medication. I called and I was on hold for 1 hour and 46min. They never answered the call. This is the 3rd and final time I am dealing with Walgreens pharmacy. Customer service is extremely poor.

Cashier was loudly chewing gum. It's not very nice to hear smacking while they are talking to me. I have misophonia and it makes it hard to focus when someone is smacking gum while talking to me. Please address this

Horribly understaffed and feels unsafe in this area. No one at photo counter for several minutes and then confused about my pick up order. Took much longer than it said it would too. I feel bad for the people working here they need more support.

I have been trying to call this pharmacy for past 3 days trying to get my sons prescription filled get an automated message saying staff is answering other calls and more than 3 callers ahead of me every time i have called no matter what time of day it was. Like seriously, i have called right at opening and there are more than 3 callers ahead of me for over an hour and half???? I seriously doubt that. Like wtf is going on at this place..the only reason i even come here is bcuz his insurance isnt covered at the fred meyer closer to my house and unfortunately we can only go to certain pharmacy ( wahlgreens)) so inconvenient to have to deal with this every time and bcuz his is a controlled ( for his ADHD meds) i cant have it automatically filled..if i could give a 0 review i would this place is seriously inconvenient to have to wait over an hour on hold no matter if u call right at opening or later in day.

Rough neighborhood as long as your not a stoner, tweaker, or homeless. Idiots cutting in front of cars. Can play dodge the tweaker. Looks like a slum in New Delhi. The service pharmacy sucks and refuse to honor any requests to move to a different pharmacy.
Ridiculous no wonder Walgreens is going bankrupt.

If I could give this place a negative 0 I would I've been waiting for 2 days for medication that's supposed to help my back and severe cold they told me to come back in n hour and then never assisted me awful customer service they should just close this pharmacy if they can't provide I'm suffering without my medication I won't be coming back here ever again I suggest others do the same unless you like not getting your medication and they hung up on me this place is a joke

Had an appointment to receive a vaccine and arrived to find the entire pharmacy was closed. They didn't even bother to let me know they couldn't fulfill my appointment. A complete waste of time and a filthy location.... I can promise I will never be back.

Went through hell. Chest pain, headache, fever, through and ears pain. could not get up in the morning due to pain. spent half of the day in emergency room, got the first shot of amoxicillin. got it prescribed, too. came to pick up - not ready, come tomorrow afternoon(afternoon???). If i struggle tomorrow morning the same I struggled today with the pain of 10 of your pain scale, Idk guys “we close in 20minutes” is not an appropriate response. I got prescribed 2 pills of antibiotic a day. I got only 1 pill today. I addressed that that’s ANTIBIOTIC. I feel the pain coming back, believe me u gon face a lot of issues if it repeats tomorrow or if u make me wait even after afternoon!!

I just waited an HOUR on hold and ended up hanging up!!!!! I got a text on Friday my prescription was ready, went there Saturday to find out it wasn't and was told to call Monday (today) to get an update, how can I do that when they don't answer????? Switching pharmacy's immediately, this place sucks!!!!!!!

This is a terrible pharmacy. Was put on hold for over an hour. They never picked up. I went into the store and not one pharmacist was on the phone. Their recorded message is a lie. Will never use Walgreens again.

First and last experience with them nope never again. Pharmacist lied straight to my face and said that he didn't talk to me 2 days ago when I know for a fact he did because I wrote down the name of the person I was talking to. Told me my prescriptions would be ready on Wednesday, Thursday it's now Saturday and they're still not ready and I'm leaving to go out of town for vacation. He suggested that I take my prescriptions elsewhere even though they've had my prescription for 4 days now. ?
