We have had W Insurance for years. We have had amazing service from them and specifically, Tom Rosetto. Questions are always answered in a timely manner and we feel like Tom always looks for the best prices for us. The greatest compliment that I can give is that our adult children have used them and kept Tom as their own agent!!

Spoke to one of their agents on the phone to get some special event insurance. They were great on the phone and asked me to send them details via email. I did as I was prompted. No response a week later. I call and leave a message. No response. I send a follow up email. Still No response. Totally ghosted. What a great way to treat potential customers. Anyway, I can't and won't recommend this place to any of my friends.

We always get great service from the entire staff of W Insurance. Bryan is our agent and have always gotten superb attention from him and everyone in the office. This is a great local Tacoma family business. I have recommended W Insurance many times over the years and will continue to in the future.

My neighbor referred me to this insurance agency. I emailed Ryan requesting a quote for our household and he replied that he would get back to me that day with a list of what he needs. I never heard back. I did email him three days later expressing disappointment and he never replied to that either.
