Great gym! I haven't worked out in a gym before, and between the demos and coaches, it makes it easy to just show up.It's also the most cost effective class, plus the best investment of your time, minute for minute.

Thanks for including Vie allies in the co-ed class today. I love how much confidence, joy, and strength you've helped my partner cultivate. Power to Vie!

I was disappointed with my first visit to Vie Athletics. I've loved Orangetheory, Crossfit, and Bikram yoga in the past, but it's been 3 years and a couple of kids since I attended a gym other than the YMCA. At Vie, I was hoping to do strength workouts surrounded by women from all walks of life alongside caring coaches proactive about training and correcting form. There were two coaches present in my class. One of them checked me in. I mentioned it was my first time, but neither coach introduced themselves or said anything to me before, during, or after class. Most of the workout struck me as HIIT/cardio instead of strength. During the one barbell section we did during class, I was doing a movement called a "cluster" differently than the woman in front of me. Presumably one of us was wrong, but I never saw the coaches give any pointers or corrections. The atmosphere was also not for me. There was not much diversity in the bodies or ages of class attendees, the music was very loud, and the instructors continually referring to the group of grown women as "girls" struck me as weird. On the bright side, it was a sweaty workout, but I think if I want to lift heavy weights in an inclusive community, I'll have to keep looking.

I love Vie Athletics. I first walked in thinking it was an athletic apparel store! I have been coming for over 4 years and love it. The workouts are always different and the coaches are amazing! Every day, they bring their best: enthusiasm, care for us (and that we are doing the exercises correctly) and positivity. If I can or can't do an exercise, I always feel supported. It's a great group of coaches and women! I started as a beginner and then improved over time. It's a place for all ages and levels. Anyone reading this...come join us!

I have been a member of the Vie community for 5 years. I say "community" because that is truly what this is. I joined Vie because I was looking for a place to workout. It has grown to be so much more than that for me. In addition to what happens inside the walls of the gym, Vie hosts events and adventures throughout the year so you really get a chance to bond with fellow members and coaches. If you are looking for a great community of women, I highly recommend Vie Athletics. The fun and effective workouts are just icing on the cake. :-)

Vie has helped me love fitness for the first time in my life! I feel like I learn something new in every workout, and I’ve gained the confidence to try new sports knowing my body is capable of so much more than I thought. I always have fun at Vie and feel supported by the wonderful coaches and other members. Such a great place to sweat no matter what your skill level is.

If you are looking for great workouts, knowledgeable and supportive staff, and a friendly, encouraging atmosphere, you might need to become a Vie girl...I had been running myself ragged with crazy cardio workouts, trying to gain back muscle, but once I slowed down and started incorporating lifting and strength into my workouts at Vie I noticed a HUGE difference both in my health and my mental approach to fitness!I've not found a community quite like Vie, it's something special!

Great workout spot for women only. Did the minute to win it class and the structure of the class was great. Warm up, followed by 3 by 6 one minute rotations and then an 11 minute set of planks and Turkish get ups at the end. Great instructor and really awesome music.

As a senior (double the age of most of the Vie members), I appreciate the versatility of the workouts, the all-female classes and the kindness of the coaches and other Vie members.I do as much as I can with some modifications here and there, and everyone is encouraging.

As a former D1 athlete, this is the gym I’ve been craving. I tried CrossFit but it just didn’t click. Something about the all girls gym and loud music gets me going. The hardest part is showing up. This gym is well worth the money. I’m 6 classes in and already see changes in my body. I feel like I’m lifting weights with my team again and it makes workouts easier and quicker. Give it a try!

I went here for a couple of months. I'm going to list the pros and cons from my perspective. Pros- good motivator to workout if you need help being motivated Pro- some of the coaches are extra encouraging and will help you if you don't know what to do. Pro- the gym is well equipped and clean and has a very nice atmosphere. Pro- you will get stronger and you will burn calories. Pro- it's all women!!! Working out with other women is so empowering Okay now the down side from my perspective .. Cons- you can injure yourself if you are not physically fit, I do not recommend this gym for someone who walks their dog & does yoga I hurt myself several times even while trying to go at my own pace. One time I was in pain for several days . Cons- this is a very stimulating and loud environment, sometimes teachers talk very loudly over a microphone and the music is so loud you can't hear what they're saying . Cons- it's hard to get the same coach twice. So if you really like a particular coach it's not always easy to get into another class with them. Cons- you have to watch these videos before attending the class to understand the workout. If you are new to cross fit like gyms ,this can feel overwhelming and complicated. Sometimes I watched the video several times, drove to class and still did not understand how many reps to do of an exercise or how to do an exercise . Cons- you'll never do the same workout twice, this can be great if you get bored easily but can be a con if you are constantly having to learn a new thing to the point where you rarely repeat what you've already learned. Cons- finally there is no beginners class at all. I have recommended this to management. It's easy to feel lost or like you don't know what's going on. I can only imagine they've lost people over this. I have witnessed other women, particularly older women looking as lost as me at times. Cons- this seems to mostly be a gym for women in their 20's and 30's. Women that are already athletically fit. I rarely saw anyone there that was out of shape and trying to get in shape. I wish there was a class for women in their 40's or 50's and beyond as our bodies are definitely not the same as they are in their 20's. All in all I was very excited to attend Vie until I realized I was dreading the workouts. I had amazing workouts and really bad workouts where I would leave feeling frustrated. People were really kind and welcoming mostly. I personally think it's just not for me or where I'm at. And I slowly realized I just didn't want to go back. If you are ready to get your butt kicked and you want a challenge go for it! If you just want to workout but not in a very intense way, I would not suggest this gym.

I love Vie! All the coaches are great and the vibe is always positive. I love working out with all women, the concept is so smart because I naturally feel so comfortable there. The workouts are just the right amount of difficulty and perfect amount of time that I never get bored or over it. My favorite gym I’ve ever been a part of, they have all shapes and sizes of women and workouts have all different levels of modifications so anyone can participate.

Vie has completely changed my life! I love the atmosphere and all the amazing coaches. I felt welcomed from day one when I could barely make it through 5 minutes of a class. The coaches were patient with me while I learned the basics of lifting weights and they always provided modifications so I was comfortable. I look forward to my mornings here! It’s been a year and I am so glad I found this gym. I 100% recommend you try a class out, you’ll be hooked!
