I went to the Verizon store on 19th street in Tacoma. The young lady Iana (or something like that) was very helpful, she got me the best deal and plan along with my upgrade. ..I highly recommend you ask for her because she's patient, knowledgeable and knows what she's doing.

The Tacoma Verizon store on 19th St., delivers exceptional customer service. Prior to updating my phone and laptop, I stopped by the Verizon store and had individual conversation’s with Allaya and Gigi. Based on their knowledgeable information, I was able to save money, save time, and find the best replacements for my individual needs. Thank you both for your friendly and helpful demeanor.

This store did not identify themselves as a dealer and it’s not listed anywhere in the store. They upcharged all devices on our account so that our trade in values would not cover the cost of the devices, even though that’s what the promotion Verizon is advertising has. They charged $40 per line of “set up fees” when they did not help set up our phones. I asked to see what I would be charged upfront many times throughout the interaction but wasn’t shown any exact price until after they ran my card.When I called Verizon customer care they warned against dealers because of extra fees and differences in device prices. Wish I knew that before, would’ve went to a different location.

Gigi was exceptional. She is knowledgeable and lovely to work with. She accomplished a lot for us while multitasking to assist other customers. As busy as the store was she never dropped the ball. Well done Gigi and thank you.

Gigi was a lifesaver in helping me recover my cellular data on my phone. She was multitasking, assisting two customers simultaneously, and giving her all to help us. Despite the long line, Gigi was incredibly kind and appreciative of everyone's patience. Dealing with phone issues can be a headache, but Gigi made every effort to ensure the process was as quick and hassle-free as possible.

Absolutely best Verizon customer service I ever experienced. Help me in a sticky situation when I broke my phone. Was very busy with only one person working at the time and was helping multiple people at the same time.

Updating my phone or going to any store to wait in line is not my favorite thing to do. Each time I have visited the Verizon store on 19th St I’ve never had to wait, and I’ve received exceptional customer service. As people final in and do have to wait the staff is very good at acknowledging each individual and letting them know they’ll be waiting on as soon as they are able. I really appreciate the service. Verizon provides.

I have visited the Verizon store on 19th for years and received great service . Yesterday the manager Theison helped me with my phone SOS stuck . He fixed the problem quickly and told me about the Apple 16 coming out . Great service again Thank you

I'll be honest, I usually expect misery when I have to go to the Verizon store. But I was in this week and had the BEST experience with Alaya (most likely misspelled, sorry!). She was so compassionate, friendly, and helpful. If I knew I'd be dealing with her every time, I'd be so happy to visit the Verizon store!

Walked in to get my phone upgraded at 630pm on 8/7/2023, a Tuesday . Granted, I know the place closes at 7p, but my wife and I both work full time jobs and have a 2 year old, so life is a bit hectic.Anyways, walked in to get an upgrade with 30 minutes to spare. I told the guy at the desk I was here to do the upgrade, he instantly asks me if we can schedule something for tomorrow because they're "going to get ready to close soon" and "this process takes longer than 30 minutes", and he usually would but he "lives way over in Port Angeles". So my business need was less importance than the inconvenience of him needing to get home on time.If you need to go to this store, make sure you do it on their time (well before closing time) because your needs as the customer are less important than their needs as a business, even during stated open business hours.

Switched from T-Mobile (Team Garbage) to Verizon.Fairly quick service considering the store had just 1 worker.Linked 2 prepurchased pixel phones we had.In and out in about 40min.
