I arrive around 6:50-7 there are two - three individuals in front of me and 3 workers in the store. From the time I walked in to at the time writing this there is now 8 parties in the store. Issac and the manager Peter have been working on the same customer. Together, on her account. 30-40 minutes have went by people are slowly coming in and instead of spreading help the manager and specialist have been working on the same account! This is a complete waste of time and a showing of the terrible customer service provided in these stores. At 7:40 Peter finally sends Issac to work on the next person in line! Granted these two were working on her account before I walked in here. Why does 40 plus go by before this is split up! 7:50 is finally helped

A manager checked me in and just stood there doing nothing or helping anyone. Another manager was talking to a vendor, not a customer. Poor customer service.

Inordinately long wait times with little concern or interest about why the customer is there, what the customer needs, or how to best serve them. Stopped in and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Left and came back another day and was told my wait would be 15 minutes. Left again after 35 minutes. Went to the Lakewood office where the person who meets you at the door answered my questions in less than five minutes. Maybe the Tacoma office can take lessons from them. Or maybe a $135 billion company can hire enough staff to adequately serve their customers.

Usually I have a great experience at this Verizon store but today I felt discriminated against. Someone checked in after me and was helped before I was . I listened to their conversation to ensure the customer wasn't there before me and just came back, that wasn't the case. Frustrated I went outside for air while I was waiting for a notification indicating that it was we my turn to be seen. I never received a notification and was magically taken out of the queue. When I did return the MANAGER that skipped over me stated "it we so weird I went over to assist you because you were in the queue and you were gone." Like you literally weren't just helping the person who came in AFTER me. I think she said they because another manager was helping me when I returned. It took over 1 hour just to get a replaced screen protector: Everytime I'm waiting for assistance I receive a notification. Just BS! Now I have to travel to Lakewood for decent customer service and honestly want to cancel my service with Verizon all together!

We drove all the way here from Puyallup to go to this Verizon store because it said it was open at 10 we showed up and it's not open at all. The Times on Google don't align with the actual store hours. The number linked to the website is directly linked straight to Verizon and not the actual store itself it's bs

Representative so unhelpful didn't even bother stating what his name was or get up from his chair. Lauren, I went back to your store and Alejandra is rude. I guess I'll call Verizon in the morning. No resolution 3 hours on the phone and 2 trips to your store.

I'm not sure why these guys get bad ratings. They were very kind and helpful. They listened to my problem and suggested an option that saved me a ton of money! I really appreciate the attitude of customers first rather than taking advantage of the vulnerable situation I was in. Thank you!!!

This place is why I ONLY go to Verizon corporate stores. Customer service is great. Kajuan got me all set with no upsell...as a matter of fact, got a discount on the case, screen protector and plug for my new iphone13...with the color I wanted to boot. Get there early because it fills up quick.
