I came in to get my prom dress altered and it turned out amazing!!! I needed it taken out and hemmed and she gave me a couple options to find out what would work with my budget and my dress came back beautifully and just in time for prom.

Valli - You are hands down the sweetest and humble soul around. You became a crucial part of my wedding experience and I will never forget it. You listen, offer your subtle suggestions with your phenomenal knowledge and expertise, but never push one when you might feel the slightest hesitance.
The best part especially for this being a first time for me was your confidence in yourself and your work made me feel that much more comfortable that I chose you for my alterations. Side note: I am a hugger and that good bye hug sealed it lol.
I went in with a mermaid style gown with multiple layers, and with a very detailed stitch all over. I needed to go about 2-4 inches in, I asked for a tighter stitch around the waist, a tighter bust, I needed to shorten 2 inches so I wasn’t eye to eye with my fiancé and wear a shorter heel, and wanted to add sleeves to what was originally a swag sleeve style.
She talked me through the whole process and made sure she could do it as cost efficient as possible. It was destiny because the sleeves she originally designed, which were just for ideas, turned out to be just that of the design of the dress. It was perfect.
The final fitting, left me breathless, wowed, and grateful that god led me to her name on a list of over 50 tailors and that I chose her.
Valli is absolutely amazing as a person and a business woman, and she will not leave you with a hole in your pocket which is crucial as a mom of 3. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does and her expertise is out of this world. ?

Valli is so sweet, communicative, and most of all AFFORDABLE! She puts in so much love and effort into her clients and their gowns and it shows.However, my dress wasnt hemmed enough and it needed to be taken in a lot around the waist. It was falling down a lot, which could explain the dress being too long. If it hadn't of fallen down, the hem may have been totally fine. My dress needed to be taken in initially but she replaced the zipper with a beautiful corset lace-up instead, so it wasn't actually taken in at all and the laces didn't hold tight.Nonetheless, still 5☆ because she's so great. Valli was amazing! She made me comfortable during the fittings and was very communicative about the alterations she was making! My dress fit perfectly and everything worked so well through a very active photoshoot, ceremony, and reception! The alterations were incredibly affordable and Valli was flexible enough to do some last minute alterations when I was nervous about the fit. I would highly recommend her!

Valli is absolutely amazing and just the sweetest person. She pays attention to detail and does fantastic work for a very fair price. I was on a very limited budget and I did not have to sacrifice quality work with Valli. She even fit me in for a last minute alteration with only 20 days until my wedding and calmed all my worries regarding the dress. I could not recommend ValliDress more; great quality work, amazingly fair prices and you leave feeling like you've made a new friend.

Valli was so responsive, incredibly helpful, and so talented! She bustled, hemmed, and added lacing to my wedding dress and it was all perfect. I also so appreciated how she emphasized adjusting your dress to fit your body rather than fitting your body into a dress—I never once felt pressure to “squeeze” into anything and I walked away feeling more confident than ever.

She was very flexible when I had to cancel our initial fitting due to a family emergency and was able to reschedule and complete my dress with plenty of time to spare! Valli was so sweet and easy to work with. She altered my wedding dress and rehearsal dress and did a beautiful job with both. She was detail oriented and the dress came out absolutely beautiful. She added a beautiful lace trim to the bottom of my dress at my request (previously was a ribbon trim) and it looked seamless! No one could tell. Also, helped to find a cleavage coverup for my sweetheart neckline so I was showing too much in person but didn't disrupt the dress in photos. Plus price quote was exactly the same as another seamstress so I think fair pricing. Loved working with her. Strongly recommend.Service: Fitting & custom tailoring
