I am so disappointed I had a package to be delivered from USCIS. It wasn't delivered I went to their office the guy was really nice and polite. They promised to follow up and check what happened. I get a call from the supervisor who promises to call back when they find out where my package is. By Thursday no news I go in again nice guy tries his best but can only do so much
I leave without my package and more disappointed. Long story short my package was delivered in my neighbour's mail box. She was kind to give it to me....please note 2nd time this is happening with the same package.

The mail courier that I had today was extremely lazy!! It said on the paper that he put into our mailbox "sorry I missed you" he never even attempted to come to the front door to see if anyone was home. I needed the package that he didn't care whether or not I received. They even sent me a text saying that he attempted to deliver it to me. What a lying lazy dude!! I can never trust any postal carrier ever again!! I went outside to the mailbox and he was at the next mailbox, I got my package, but it was no thanks to that lazy carrier!!

Someone along the line is opening my mail. I have left voicemail and 2 claims. No response. I know it's not a neighbor because my mailbox is right outside my window. As soon as I see the mail man, I grab my mail. 4 times now I receive my letters already opened. It has happened again today. Unbelievable.

We were treated like we were idiots just now. The person that served us has all the charm and grace of a cobra. She was rude and refused to help us in any way. We have been waiting over a week for a letter from our aunt who lives locally and she wouldn't lift a finger to help us and made up excuses for why it hadn't been delivered. Very dismissive of our concern. Said there was nothing they can do and clearly didn't care either. And even made light of it. I am NEVER going back to that post office ever again. Such rude workers there who clearly don't care about customer service.

My application at USPS University Place , Washington,for my first passport was lost, all documents, my naturalization certificate was lost.I paid for 2-3 weeks and after more than one month I got a call from Passport Service that my application wasn’t received .I’ll sue them.The horrible service.The man that works at USPS isn’t responsible for his job.

Seems like nobody knows anything I was waiting on a very important piece of mail and the informed delivery said it was delivered but never got it but the other mail was delivered so now nobody knows where my mail is. Absolutely 0 help

We made an appointment for passport services and expected to have the photo taken there as described in the appointment process. We were told that their “photo machine was down”. We were told to go get a photo at a drug store and then bring it right back and they would staple it to the application. We did this and when we returned as instructed, that person had gone on a lunch break. (At 3:00pm). When we asked the other person at the counter to help, they had no idea how to staple the photo onto our application as the first employee did. Apparently that first employee is the only employee in the building who knows how to properly staple passport pictures onto the applications. When we asked when he would return to finish the job, he looked at us like we were aliens and had no idea. There were only 2 people at the counter in the first place. How do you not know when your coworker will return?! These people are clueless.
