I use the University place post office all the time the people are very helpful and I'm very understanding that something can be out of their control

This is my favorite Post Office! I just love the atmosphere and people. I have become quite fond of Diane Barnes. She is always so positive and helpful! No matter how much stress, she never lets it show. I wish there were more people like her in this world. Such a ray of sunshine.

Counter service is fine and clerks are generally efficient and friendly.New drive up mailbox is all wrong. The slot is recessed and too tall for cars. When I realized I couldn't reach, I couldn't open the door of my car to get out and put the letter in. When are they going to make this better?
