Even with the exact address, they label it insufficient address probably because they're lazy

This place sets a new bar for heinous postal workers and the worst customer service you've ever received.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Worse than that are there mail carriers they're so disrespectful to the customers without any consequences. The customer is then penalized for their bad behavior. I think the OIG should take a look at management and policy at this location. I've had my pain medication stolen from this office before.

Long lines that take about 20-30 minutes to get through. They closed down the pickups door so now I have to wait in a long line just to pick up mail. Not happy and very dissatisfied.

Most worst post office in tacoma. Why.
Because there is NEVER EVER ENOUGH STAFF.. and the line is always out the door.
Any time ,any day.. if I could give a zero I would.

Our mailbox was broken into, 6 months ago and still have not been repaired. So we have to pickup our mail at the post office. I work during business hours so I have to try and make it in on the weekends. This is what the line looks like every Saturday!

I went into today (Jan 31st) and I had the young lady help me fix an issue with a package being shipped to me. She was wonderful. Give her a raise. I was dressed in all brown while on the clock.

Twice now, it appears that my medications have gone out on the wrong truck for delivery. That delivery person returns the package to the post office.
Mistakes happen. I get it.
However, when this does happen, the tracking information tells me that the delivery person tried to deliver and I refused to accept delivery, therefore, take it back to the station.
Again, mistakes happen. Why put the blame on the customer. Accept responsibility.
I then have to take time out of my day, stand in line, explain the situation, the clerk takes time researching, only to find out that the package is out for delivery again.
What? You can update the tracking information with misinformation, but can't take the time to update that it's back out for delivery?
Do Better USPS.

Jeremy was the most amazing help ever! I had accidentally ordered something online without filling my address in correctly, and the website, DHL, nor USPS would answer their phones so I went to my local post office in person. However, Jeremy helped me immediately by going out of his way and finding the route of my package, who would have it on their truck, and staying after hours to find it for me and let me come by the same day to pick it up. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with USPS and any local post office I’ve lived near in years. All of us have had a missing package at some point, and he related to my own issue and went out of his way to save my Christmas! Thank you so so much for intercepting the package before it was sent back to the seller so this gift could arrive in time. You’re the best!

Regularly delivers my mail to the wrong house, then when you contact support they somehow already know they did, it begs the question on why if they knew they did why would I have to file a support ticket for them to attempt to retrieve it? I honestly believe my delivery person is maliciously compliant in their duties, as they love to put packages into my mail box that from my side are impossible to remove without damaging the product. I've spent over a month trying to get this one item delivered for it now to be stuck inside my mailbox, then lo and behold on Christmas eve they call me about it, just before 8am! So when I try to call back it says they aren't open. So how did they just call me? I'm a big supporter of the post office I just wish I could figure out where this disconnect is.update: received a call from Justin, he was able to sort out the problems and despite having the terrible job of having to call people with complaints actually seem'd to be in good spirits despite working Christmas eve. Hopefully he hits the top category in his yearly performance review!
