I went into today (Jan 31st) and I had the young lady help me fix an issue with a package being shipped to me. She was wonderful. Give her a raise. I was dressed in all brown while on the clock.

Sometimes they forget to scan packages and since there isn't a clear pre paid drop off zone it makes it a risk to just drop off because there is always a line.
