“So I didn't want to come here because of the reviews.But I was greeted with kindness, the buyer was cool, and I saw a bit if behind the scenes with their buying process.Part of the reason the process takes time, is they actively look up items on the internet to make sure they can even buy what people are trying to sell. Plus looking at price comparisons, imo to get the going rate for what they are buying.Tbh, this is fair and appreciated. They do in fact look at every item with care and detail.Lastly, they make everything else smooth and cool.I give this place a 5 star. Support your local businesses :)”

“I honestly don’t know why this location has so many bad reviews, I sold a couple of my clothes and a purse here and they gave me a decent amount for what I gave, please remember Plato’s closet usually only takes what’s trendy and/or designer/popular brands. Yes you won’t get $100 for your used lululemon but good luck trying to sell it for that price anywhere else ! Also most of the employees there are very nice and knowledgeable.”

“In order to get into the store you do have to climb a set of steps. I didn't see a ramp or elevator but that doesn't mean they're not there. If you have accessibility needs I would recommend giving them a call.
