Worked with an associate named Jason. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and made me feel good about doing business there. That was my second visit and felt the same way about my first visit. Unsure about who I worked with the first visit but it seems like they are all have a customer first attitude. I would highly recommend them.

I'VE BEEN TO EVERY PAWN SHOP IN TACOMA/PUYALLUP/FEDERAL WAY AND THE TACOMA U.S. PAWN ON 103RD & PACIFIC HAS BEEN MY #1 CHOICE THESE DAYS.AFTER ONE LOAN/PICKUP AT THIS US PAWN, I ASKED FOR AN INCREASE FOR MY LOAN FROM $50 TO $80 AND THE GENTLEMAN WHO SERVED ME COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE REASONABLE, HONEST & HELPFUL AS HE AGREED TO MY REQUEST. I JUST WALKED OUT OF THIS SHOP AND DECIDED TO WRITE A REVIEW BEFORE GETTING IN MY CAR ON THIS BEAUTIFUL SUNNY FRIDAY. THANK YOU GOOD SIR & YOUR FRIENDLY COWORKERS HERE @ U.S. PAWN - 10325 Pacific Ave S, Tacoma, WA 98444I USED TO BE A LOYAL REGULAR AT 3 LOCAL CASH AMERICA PAWN SHOPS AND THE SERVICE AND FAIRNESS HAS GONE DOWN BIG TIME. I'M FINISHED WITH THEIR LIES AND LOW BALLING TACTICS LIKE USING DIFFERENT CHEAPER MODELS OF PRODUCTS SO THEY CAN PAY YOU 1/5 THE VALUE OF VERY EXPENSIVE VALUED ITEMS. Found them online and called and got a quote over the phone. Went in and got excellent customer service and they didn't try to low ball me which was a very nice change.
