Not long ago I came into the UPS store to drop off my Amazon returns as normal. BHIM is the customer service employee who helped me. I didn’t realize I had some somehow chosen the return option that needed packaging. He helped me in a time when I was in a hurry. I had no time to waste that day. He was great. He made my day. He and all the reps at that location are always so nice and so helpful. The location is by Tacoma Mall on 38th street. They are a special crew.

Every time I have to ship or return goods, I’m always nervous that I’m going to mess it up. My last two interactions at this store Katrina has helped me and made the process smooth and removed my anxiousness. She’s friendly and easy to work with. The rest of the staff has given me the same experience but the last two times I’ve stopped in the store she has gone above and beyond.

Katrina, Ashley & Raul are so awesome. They helped me dig throughout the garage from Saturday to find an envelope & money order, i had thrown in lobby trash. I couldn't have done it without them. This ups store rocks.

I was so frustrated with my stupid automated cat litter box I got on Amazon, and I really wanted to return it.
Thanks to the team at UPS on 38th street in Tacoma, they made the process so smooth and they were so helpful. They even helped me package my return in the store!
