Absolutely despicable! Too lazy to look for a package 2'X1'X1' that weighs 80 pounds!! How do you lose a package that big?!?!? Terrible customer service, despicable work ethic. This place needs to be shut down!

State of the art facility that cannot get packages out on time.Also, I just love all the reviews by you people that work there talking about how much they love their jobs, but yet my package has been sitting there for 4 days already...delayed. Dropped off Tuesday morning, it is now Friday.Please do your JOBS that you get paid very well for.This is why people can't stand union workers.
