Several issues at this location: 1. If you only take credit cards, you could at least call the customer and advise them of so. It takes 2 minutes 2. I walked in, waited in line, and one front desk lady comes in and starts chatting it up with the two other front counter people. Like ma'am- if you're not going to work, at least don't distract the folks who are ACTIVELY helping customers. 3. Most U-Haul places will work with you for an alternative option, this place is just tragic. I'm sure they'll always have business because it's U-Haul - but for christs sake, have some professionalism when dealing with folks.

Here we go;The gas tank was on empty.The back of the box truck had water everywhere.The ramp that pulls out was full of mud.The check engine light came on after 2 blocks.The truck would barely shift unless you stepped on the gas pedal.I was told I would get a $10 discount which was laughable.I was also told they would email me a receipt. Neither of these things happened and when I checked my account, I was actually only given a $7 discount.I will say both young men working there were very polite.All this being said, I will never use Uhaul again.It's quite apparent that they do not maintain or service their vehicles at all.In my opinion, everything that could've gone wrong, did.I'll be contacting corporate for a full refund ASAP.

I rented a truck from here for 6hrs. First they gave me a truck with bad alignment, bad brakes and it was missing the dolly (which we told them we needed) .I returned the truck on time. They charged me my amount, sent me a receipt and pulled the total out of my account. Two days later they charged me more with no reasoning. The boy at the front was very rude, couldn't give me a reason for the extra charge, refused to see my proof of the charge. I will never rent from here again. HORRIBLE customer service.

Best experience with everyone, some minor issues with the truck but overall it was great. Lost Track of time when I needed to return the truck but they called me and made sure I was ok and quickly extended my time. Thank you definitely will recommend to family/friends

Set up a reservation online to rent a cargo van and came in to get it. Rep. Donisha Hindman explained that since I only use debit cards even though they have a Visa logo, I would be unable to rent one due to U-Haul policy. I have rented cargo vans before at this location with the same card and never encountered this issue. Granted, U-Haul's policy could have changed since the last time that I rented but I doubt it. My wife made a comment in a normal tone of voice about the change in policy and how off putting it was a customer and Ms.Hindman's response was snarky and rude. Ms. Hindman led me outside to show me what she COULD rent me all the while saying to herself and anyone that was in listening range - meaning me - that she didn't want to hear complaints about policy from customers. We understand that Ms. Hindman does not set the policy and that she has to abide by it for her job but she does not get to be rude to the customer about it. My contract states that I rented the truck from Thursday morning at whatever time I rented it and was to return it Monday, June 26 by 7 am. I have a full time job in another city that I have to be at, at 8 am. so I brought the truck to the shop and dropped it off Sunday night, dropping the keys in the locker thing. I personally came in at 7am today, Monday, June 26 to get my final close out bill and was told by the clerk that I could not get it because he had other things to do. Let me say that again.....a customer is in the shop and the clerk is saying that he could not help me because he had other things to do and that he will get around to it. I would love to tell you his name, but can't because he did not have a name tag on. He had reddish hair and a full beard. When I dropped off the truck Sunday evening and placed the keys in the locker, there was a sign that said that the truck remained in my name and my responsibility until the shop opened in the morning. When I was leaving the shop, after having been told that I was not important enough as a customer to be serviced right then and that he would GET AROUND TO IT, he casually mentioned that he would have to add on a $20 charge because it was a convenience to drop the truck off and use the locker. I'M SORRY? A CONVENIENCE? My contract states that the truck is mine until 7 am today, the truck and the keys were there at 7am, I was there at 7am. When I finally received the bill about an hour later via email, granted the $20 was not on the bill but to be told that I was facing a new and unexpected fee was a slap in the face and to be told over and over again by him that he HAD to charge it because it was in the contract - after I got to work, it wasn't in there - i read that one page print out that shows my signature and no mention of it. Every year there is a local Comic-Con in the area, not to mention the local Toy Shows that I attend and I have always used U-Haul and rented from this location in the past but I will no longer be returning - there are plenty of other truck rental places out there that do not have this level of customer disrespect and nickel and dime-ing. EVEN IF I HAVE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY to use them.

Horrible customer service. They're services went down and could not rent me a truck. When I asked what I was supposed to do and how I was going to be compensated; the rude lady that works there laughed and said good luck. Complete trash and unprofessional. Do not go there. Tun. Find another location

I wouldn't recommend this place, today we walked in and the Manger said we couldn't park in there lot. We were just asking why and he started getting angry. He was making snide comments and calling us "boss". Then he tried saying "if you don't stop boss you gonna have to leave". And all we were trying to say was that having to park it a different lot is stupid. So don't come to this place it's horried.

Go to another location! Terrible customer service. I was refused service and TOLD TO LEAVE THE STORE. I told them I couldn’t return the rental on time. I was willing to pay for an extra day or whatever late fee I had to pay. The customer service rep was upset I couldn’t get the equipment back in time, and she refused me service and I was told to leave the store.
