My driver just attempted to deliver a u-box to this location, they said they can’t unload him because their dock is broken. Even though the box was on the tail and it could have been easily taken off with a forklift, the manager refused to do so. At the same time they loaded a u-box on a flatbed with the same forklift that was not able to unload my driver…go figure.

There was an issue with my reservation. However, the lady called me wayyy before I needed it. She helped me get another reservation less than 40 minutes from me and was very accommodating! The lady who called was awesome! I highly recommend them for your uhaul needs.

They had a truck available when I needed it, very short notice and also helped me choose the correct sized storage unit and honored their "rent truck and get one month storage " offer. East in and out of storage facility. Feels secure. Clean unit and truck.
