Turner reupholstered sofa cushions for me and I could not be happier with their work. The quality is perfection, communication was excellent and pricing very reasonable for the work. Lastly, the job was completed in the time frame quoted. I worked directly with Jeff and he was wonderful.

All the staff there were so helpful and knew the direction I was working towards and colors I wanted to use on my furniture. Very nice people.

I haven’t had any work done by this place but I literally just got off the phone with them and the gentleman was very nice. I need to have the pillows from my slip cover oversized chair refilled and he was straight and honest about being booked until June next year. He told me I should be use to make the chair more durable and comfortable and he even recommended me to another place to see if I can be seen sooner. This is the type of person I want to hire for my work. Thank you for talking with me.Edit: Forgot to edit this post. Got a phone from the same guy saying that he could squeeze me in. Awesome customer service. Best I’ve had since I moved to Tacoma. The shop/store dog is a full sized poodle and loves a good rub.

I went in to speak with owners about internship. I really hope in the future I am fortunate enough to get the opportunity to learn from this fabulously talented team. Of all the Upolstery shops I have investigated in this area these individuals are by far the best artisan squad in this field. Their work is passion driven and their dedication to customer service is second to none. If you have something old and want to polish it up to it’s original splendor they can do it. If you want something unusual funky flashy, they can do it. If you have a large or small retail project and want your decor to stand out and welcome your customers, they can do it! Turner Upholstery did amazing work for us on a sofa and two chairs. The end result is a top notch upholstery job, delivered a week before we asked the work be done. Given where we are with supply chain issues, we had to wait several months while they continued to work through their backlog, but it was so worth the wait. Their work is impeccable. We highly recommend them.

Oh my goodness, if you saw the chairs they created, you would be amazed! These chairs were the most spectacular thing I've seen! They were made for another client, but I was blown away! Perfect in every way. Can't wait to see what they'll do for my Bar stools! My kitty cat destroyed them, I'm sure Turner and Co. will make them look great!

If you live in Tacoma or even miles away from it, you MUST go to Turner Furniture and Upholstery for any of your upholstery/refurbishing needs! They are just a delight to work with. Their creativity and ideas and attention to detail and kindness is just wonderful. I brought in a chair of my late grandmothers that had been well loved for years in her home chewed up on the leg by a puppy and they made it come back to life. I know it will last for many years to come and I'll be able to pass it on to my children too. It is rare to find such great customer service and care, thank you so much!!!
