By far the best customer service I've experienced in years. James was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back and would recommend Brookdale to anyone. Prices are competitive and they offer a military discount on lumber unlike the big box store down the road.

I really like doing business with the people at Brookdale. I'm a framing contractor so I do alot of business with all the local lumber stores. I've always been impressed with their professional attitude and cordial manner. Even their yard workers are a pleasure to be around, no falsity in their demeanor. I always look forward to going back. Personal professional behavior is very important to me.

Brookdale lumber is the place to go .un like the big box corporate stores. This place takes care of their customers. They let you go out in the yard and look at the lumber before you buy to make sure its what your after. The customer service is outstanding im glad I found out they sell to the general public. Ill be back for sure

this is a real Lumber Yard. Yes the will cut your lumber for you. you can order a whole house to be delivered. some assembly required.

A great place if you like 1 to 1 service and NOT being in an overwhelming Big Box store. They're fair and helpful and gave me a great handyman referral. They stock lots of stuff besides just lumber. Shop local merchants!

You want a store that will sell you lumber that turns to solid gold when you use it? Well me too, and I haven't found that place yet but I'm still looking. Until I find it, Brookdale is the next best place! You want customer service like a hometown place should? You got it, and it even comes with a bag of popcorn! No seriously, it does.Brookdale has a great sized lumber yard, fills up propane, stocks some exotic hardwoods, has custom work sold from around the community, and way too much to add to a list. You like tools? They got 'em. Not tools like you find at your local gym. I'm talking real tools! The kind that get things done, and I mean all kinds of things. Take a project from start to finish, and don't forget to say hi to your friends at the counter. There's a reason I'll go to Brookdale whenever I need something.
