Sage was super lovely to work with when buying our couch but unfortunately the springs on our couch have failed 2 years later. This is under warranty and the couch manufacturer said that we had to reach out to the place that we bought the couch from. I have emailed twice over the last 2 months and called many times and there has been no response. I understand they are not responsible for the couch failing but they have been totally unresponsive with a resolution.

Really great service all around. Salesperson on the floor was very helpful and gave us 2 swatches to take home so we could make sure about the colors, even though they were the only ones they had for that brand/color. Ordering online was very easy. Lots of communication from them regarding the delivery and the scheduling. Delivery was right on time during the 2 hour window scheduled!

I really liked the shopping experience and quality of furniture. Nicole was nice to work with and reasonable. However, follow through was subpar and I’m disappointed with the customer service. I was told 4-5 days to pick up, I called on the 6th day, was told to wait 2 more days so I could pick up “packed.” Lo and behold, it was still not ready on the 8th day, I had to pick it up anyways and pack it myself. Receptionist could care less, maybe a bad day? Either way, I recommend Sage takes a stronger approach on following through if they’re looking at building loyal customers.

We we're looking for an expandable, dining room table that was modern and unique. We went to Sage because they have so many beautiful, well made pieces of furniture. We found the perfect table! Gorgeous teak that expands to 118". The Sage associates were so helpful and made the purchase quick and painless! We highly recommend Sage as a place to remember if you are looking for something unique and impressive! K Baerny

I really enjoyed my experience with Sage Interiors and the quality of the products - however, communication cadence and tone changes once you make your payment. At this price point, customer service should extend beyond the initial sale. I had no issues with shipping, but once I had additional questions about furniture for other rooms, my questions received delayed responses. By the time I had questions about my order and questions about scratches in my leather couch after delivery -- my emails went unanswered for more than week. The tone then changed to more of "what do you want" as opposed to "please let us know if we can help you." Part of me feels the delays were due to me being within the return phase - however I was never looking to return and only looking to resolve my concerns. My concerns were semi-resolved.I would likely shop here again but this was a sore point and left a negative impression on The otherwise positive experience. When you spend thousands of dollars in one trip at a business, I would expect customer retention to be stellar Throughout all aspects of the process.

We ordered a new dining table, 6 dining chairs, another table and bed from Sage. Our new furniture is absolutely stunning and the customer service we received along the way was incredible. Due to the global supply chain issues out of Sage's control, they went above and beyond to work with us on providing loaner dining chairs before Thanksgiving. The white glove experience of having their team put together our bed and dining table was also a huge relief - the teams were very professional and did a fantastic job.

This place is awesome. When we got our new house we needed living room furniture. So we found there store just randomly, and boy am I glad. First off it is not some store where it feels like you owe an a and leg to get anything. Second it is not just new furniture, we bought a giant bellows turned into a coffee table that is such a conversation piece. Third we bought a brand new couch from them, it was supposed to be on backorder till January. Well they got it early and we had our new couch a little over a month early. They really seem to care and work with you.
