“I've been bringing my '84 Subaru wagon to Corey & the gang for a couple or so years now ever since he and his wife Lisa bought the business I've worked at for 15 years which is roughly the same time I've known them.
I've had her for 18 years. When I got her, she was at 106,000. Now she's at 268,000. A lot of work has been put into it restoring the engine to keep it running all these years.
All the guys really care about her. Even though we all joke about when it's going to be time to say goodbye and get a new car, they know how much I care about it to keep it running and this means a lot to me. They look hard to find the hard to find parts for me and they best job to to install those parts properly and efficiently. They've done a clutch, brakes, starter and alternator for me. Today was a valve adjustment. But it's also the extra mile they go when they find other adjustments that need to be in tune without charging an extra arm and a leg. Today, it was a shifter and front exhaust repair.

“I took my vehicle to Cooper's to evaluate my check engine light. Within 24 hours I had a detailed , itemized report for the repairs required. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will go there again for repairs needed.”
“I came in because my radiator was leaking. I called to get an estimate, which was the best price in the vicinity, very reasonable. I asked if I needed to make an appointment to bring it in. The gal on the phone (I don’t remember her name off hand) said it was preferable, and she could have a technician available to look at it around the time we agreed on. Additionally, she said she would order the radiator, so it was ready. Within a matter of a few hours, the job was complete. The technician advised me a bearing in the automatic tensioner pulley, for the belt, sounded bad, making a grinding/humming noise. I asked that they replace that as well. They also checked the overall cooling system, and assured me everything appears to be working fine. I was very happy with how fast they competed the job, and how friendly and competent the staff was. They were very reassuring and appreciative of my business.”

“We needed a diagnostic for an issue on my 2014 Audi A4. The shop customer service is great, they are friendly and completed a proper diagnostic of the issue we were having with my car. We told them our budget for diagnostic and the team completed the testing in 1/2 an hour, only charging is for 1/2 hour of labor. They run an honest and reliable business.”

I'd ask the dudes at the counter if they had any extra decals/stickers and I'd walk out with a lode of them. So glad this place is still going, great people. Fair, knowledgeable, honest, just everything you hope you're going to find in a mechanic. Nick has been taking care of my family's cars for a decade and we've recommended him to many. When he went to a brick-and-mortar shop I was a little concerned about availability and pricing but nothing changed he's still just the most down-to-earth guy you're going to meet that knows everything about cars!”

“Back in 2015 or there abouts, my car's first gear went. I managed limped it home a couple miles, knowing it was a goner already so I knew I couldn't really hurt it. Once I decided to have it rebuilt, I called up this shop. They offered free towing with rebuild, so I had them pick it up. When I got I got it back, it was leakly badly. I happened to catch it before it blew up and immediately took it back. It didn't leak a drop before. After a second rebuild, it still leaked badly when they test drove it. They kept me informed by phone of the progress. They aid they never could find the source of the leak. Finally they decided it must be a cracked bell housing and replaced at their expense under warranty. So after doing that and doing a complete rebuild a third time to be sure everything was right, it no longer leaked. EXCELLENT service! Highly recommend! My particular car's transmission cost me about $1300 out the door at the time to have rebuilt, including the free tow to the shop.”
