“First time visit. Owner Knowledgeable, receptive, competent, timely, trustworthy, and fair. Work done professionally at market prices. The owner is a personable guy who knows his way around a BMW. You can tell he's passionate about his work as the mechanic & owner. He had an easy chance to charge extra without me knowing but saved me money saying the part was fine. Saved hours and $200 on a returned part.

“I feel bad about my previous review from 2022. At that time the new ownerrs had just bought the shop from Jenny and I wasnt used to them. I have been taking my cars here since 2012 before the new owners bought this shop and I can say they have not only maintained Jenny's legacy, but they have gone above and beyond in the best way. I recommend them constantly. Also, as a woman, I have to say, If you are a woman and skeptical of mechanics, come here. You will not be dismissed or belittled. These are honest, hard working, honorable dudes. Every concern I have ever expressed to them about my vehicle has been taken seriously and they are so kind and respectful. I can't say enough good things about this place. They never tell me I need something done that I don't need and they do quick and good work. I will take my cars here as long as I live in western WA. Love my dudes at evergreen auto.”

“Scott @ Stroh's is amazing.! Super personal and great at interacting with the customer. I had been putting off my oil change for a while, they got me right in and gave me a free inspection as well.! I got my car back in no time and they also changed my battery in my key fob, changed my air filter, and put air in all my tires.! Pleasantly surprised with the price as well. Overall, one of the best experiences with a mechanic I have ever had.”

“After I made a huge mistake with a local "mobile mechanix" and getting ripped off 3K by him I brought my truck to Vern's and had these guys rebuild my F250 Powerstroke Diesel Transmission. They did a fantastic job and they had it done in less than a week!! They are Super nice, not pushy at all and obviously quite knowledgeable at what they do. I'm happy and I feel that I got what I paid for. Thank you Vishwa (sp) you rock and you drove my truck like a Boss today ?”

“I came in because my radiator was leaking. I called to get an estimate, which was the best price in the vicinity, very reasonable. I asked if I needed to make an appointment to bring it in. The gal on the phone (I don’t remember her name off hand) said it was preferable, and she could have a technician available to look at it around the time we agreed on. Additionally, she said she would order the radiator, so it was ready. Within a matter of a few hours, the job was complete. The technician advised me a bearing in the automatic tensioner pulley, for the belt, sounded bad, making a grinding/humming noise. I asked that they replace that as well. They also checked the overall cooling system, and assured me everything appears to be working fine. I was very happy with how fast they competed the job, and how friendly and competent the staff was. They were very reassuring and appreciative of my business.”

I bought a 10 year old Audi that was in decent shape for a decent price. I took it to these guys to get all of the maintenance up to date. Their prices are fair and their enthusiasm for German cars is unmatched. They got me taken care of with zero problems.
A year later they did a turbo upgrade on my car and despite some issues with what they were shipped from a third party vendor, they worked through the issues and delivered a well sorted and much more fun car.
It took longer than we anticipated but was no fault of theirs. They were in constant communication and I’m happy with the end result.
These guys are the real deal, I would pick them over dealer service every day.”
“I recently had my car in for shocks, struts, and brakes. There was a squeaking issue with one brake after installation, and after two more visits, I think we got it resolved (pad defect). Ken and Tina are awesome, and they truly want to take care of their customers. I highly recommend!”
