So I wanted to rent a hand dolly to move a couple heavy objects up some stairs. They do have these here for $27/4hrs. So I gave them a 4 star review for having them but would've given 5 stars had I not found it cheaper at U-haul rentals for $10/24hrs.

I asked 5 associates for help copying a key and they all said "not my job" and walked away and ignored me when I asked if they could radio someone. Now I have to drive to south hill to find a place to copy my key.

As a contractor, a part of your “PRO XTRA Program” and small business owner who spends nearly $100k annually in your single store #4747 I lost my patient with your staff today. After being made out to be a thief by comments made by Brenda the cashier for attempting to make a return of items I purchased on my PRO XTRA Card, I spent 30 minutes looking for a receipt for my items. (Comments like: Well in todays society you get it. No record we can prove you purchased it). After I found it, Brenda took one look at the date and said “it’s outside of 90 days we can’t help you”. She then attempted to return it with our licenses but since their staff is so habitually untrained, we have reached our “limit”. Since we have had so much experience with this store’s lack of training even with it’s most seasoned employees, we asked if we could speak to someone else. Brenda then took it upon herself to go over her speaker phone and let everyone on staff know a “difficult woman in a grey sweatshirt” needed help. My husband waited for a manager while I went to the prodesk. Once helped by Curtis, it was confirmed that the information Brenda had was incorrect. That there is STILL an issue with the pro Xtra card not recording transactions in their system under phone numbers, which we have spent hours on the phone with corporate straightening out since they made the switch from Fuel Rewards. HOWEVER, as you can see in the photo attached Contractors have 365 days to return things. Upon my return to the returns desk, Mikeala the manager was processing the return without hesitation because Brenda, refused to inquire about policy and learn why she was wrong. We then went on to spend $800 additional dollars in the store (we simply wanted to exchange a product for a different size from the beginning), and picked up a $3000 order. I find it really unfortunate that the only way to get a reaction this day in age seems to be to make a scene.

I absolutely despise self checkout and this is all you have. I am now a loyal Lowes and Ace hardware customer.

I just left this store buying 2 husky garage shelving units. I had cash on me and but over half the cash in the machine but would not take the last 100.00 bill I very kindly asked the women that was working that front end to help me. She told me the reason it isn't taking it is because it is fake umm no it was clearly real and just wanted to finish paying for my items she told me know one can help me and she doesn't know what to tell me did even offer to get my money out of the machine. She asked do you want a manger and said well yes please mean while the gentleman behind be was having the same issue so now it was clear it was the registers. Still no help even the manger said we can't help. Until one guy Daniel helped us voided the transactions and took us to another register. He checked me out first very sweet and helpful. As I was leaving told the lady at the front end thank you sorry about the confusion. The women speaking with her was very rude towards me and then proceeded to give my son who was with me a very ugly look. This place is a joke and has gone down hill. It gets a 0 but just to post this I have to give it a star

I'm extremely disappointed in your delivery staff in Tacoma/lakewood WA. I was told an estimated time between 7 AM and 11 AM that they would BE at my house. Tell me why I get a call from them at 620 AM that I need to meet them at the gate and Guide them to my house.. I have a new born and a 6 year old I have to get ready for school. My husband is at PT so I call him and tried to ask if he could but he didn't answer because he's working. He gets off pt at 7 so I explain to them either he can meet them there or I can get the kids ready but by the time I head that way it might be 7. I keep in touch letting him know what's going on. He's replying for a while then stops my husband gets to the gate and they are no where to be found. I call Home Depot and they already left said I made them wait 40 minutes when they weren't even suppose to be here till 7!!! At earliest. AND they were suppose to call me before they left to let me know they were on the way. I was told the delivery driver would call me back and make an appointment never did I finally had to call and make one for NEXT WEDNESDAY. I explained I shouldn't have to wait that long when it was their mistake and I did the best I could with that I got!! And he tells this other lady I'm talking to a different story then he told the lady this morning when all this was going on. "The gate couldn't read his ID" they don't read them they scan them and call the house if they have any questions about it and then send them on their way. They shouldn't send someone who can't get in post that doesn't make since. He told the lady this morning that he got there at 7 and I made him wait 40 minutes when it was only 730 that I called them so it hadn't even been passed 40 min after 7 so that's obviously false she explains that she believes me and that she's sorry and they should be calling me to reschedule. Tell me why they can't just bring it back if it's already on the truck!! Worst experience ever and I've had a lot of experience with other companies but this is by far the worst. I'm 100% never ever ever going through Home Depot again. That guy NEEDS to be fired. If I could rate y'all 0 I would.

I ordered a washer, dryer and 14 cu. ft upright freezer from Home Depot in Spanaway, Wa on 18 Oct. 2021, with a scheduled delivery date of 2 Nov 2021' About two weeks after placing this order, I recieve a email telling me that the washer & dryer will be delivered on 2 Nov 2021 as listed on our contract, but the 14 cu. ft. upright freezer will not be delivered until 16 Nov 2021. Now we are waiting patiently for the freezer to arrive on 16 nov 2021, when on 12 nov 2021 I receive a email from Home Depot telling me that our 14 cu. ft. upright freezer will not be delivered until 12 Jan 2022. I ask my wife to call the store to find out the reason for this delay. After her call to the store, she tells me that the Home Depot appliance employee had told her that the freezer was in the distribution warehouse, but there were not enough delivery drivers or warehouse personnel to get these products out in a timely manner, so I decided to call the store. I asked the employee if what I had been told was true and she replied yes. I asked her if it was in a local warehouse , why not let me come to the warehouse to pick up this item. She asked me if I wanted to speak to another customer service rep and I said yes. My phone line then went dead. I have a very large dislike for Walmart as they seem to have a very hard time keeping the shelves stocked with product, which I have been noticing lately at Home Depot. Not my idea of a good role model to emulate. I went onto the corporate web site for Home Depot, in Atlanta, Ga. and saw the long list of all the kings people with various titles listed, but no where on this list was there any mention of a person being in charge of Consumer Affairs or Customer Service. I bought some other appliances at Lowes and they were delivered on time as listed in the contract. My past business dealings with Home Depot have been nothing to write home about in a positive nature. It is to bad for the customer that management has taken this tack, but if I am able to get this message out to other potential shoppers, to look else were for home improvment needs, then I am glad to be of service

This place is garbage. Most of the employees cannot help with any product knowledge. If a question is asked about a product, they just read the instructions to you. "I can read..." This is the 3rd time I have been in for a common light bulb, house plant, or pest control product that I could have probably picked up at Fred Myers that Home Depot never seems to have in stock. The shelves in this store often look like a 1980's Soviet Union grocery store. Every nursery item I have ever bought here has failed to survive. The manager Richie, is an smarmy, douchey skeezy, slimeball. The way he seemingly treats employees is embarrassing. His obvious management style is a mix of condescension and fear. Who hired this fool?! With management and employees like the one experienced I am surprised Home Depot hasn't closed up shop years ago.
