In case anyone reads their response to my review; I have reached out to them. Basically their response is too bad! They’ll send us more of their garbage to replace the garbage they sent us in the first place. Our linen are consistently stinky. Smells strongly of rancid old linseed oil. They don’t seem to care about quality since they have us on a long term contract which they will never let you out of even if they don’t deliver the quality they promise you. DO NOT USE THEM!! Find a quality service that takes care of you.

I was not happy with this company. At the beginning they sounded great and really worked with me. Then when things weren't great, I got no help and no communication. I used them for their sheets. I was only able to use a few sheets because they smelled like rancid oil. I couldn't use them. The smell was so strong it gave me a headache and made the area they were in smell bad too. Of those few sheets I did use, a couple of them had stains (what looked liked old blood spots). In the beginning I was told profusely that they quality check every sheet. Clearly that was not true. Another issue was their bottom sheets, they were poor quality and would not stay on my massage table when the client moved around. When I let my sales rep know all of the issues, the biggest being the smell, he basically just told me that's just the way they are. He did not try to fix it or make it right in anyway. Thankfully they cancelled my contract, but as soon as I couldn't use them, the sales rep stopped communicating with me. I thought it was so unprofessional. I asked him some questions about billing and he never got back to me. Finally I spoke with someone else and they were going to have someone get back to me. Well, someone did get back to me, but they only refunded me half even though the quality was terrible! He also was not interested at all in what the problem was or how they could correct it. I was left pretty unhappy with them. I 100% do not recommend them! It all seems great in the beginning, but that is where it ended for me. And I was sad, I was really looking forward to using a linen service! I can't believe they are ok with this terrible quality.

The quality from Tomlinson linen service is the worst I've ever seen. I currently use them for three restaurants with table linens and napkin linens as well as some other miscellaneous things. They just can't seem to get it right. We constantly run out of linens and the ones we do have are so wrinkled beyond belief.

I would never recommend Tomlinson Linen to anyone. They are the worst people to deal with. If you have a billing issue good luck in getting it resolved promptly. Emails and phone calls goes unanswered. They continuously charge me for mats/chef coats that they are not even servicing for my restaurant. Totally unprofessional and unethical.
