I was able to find a lot of clothing and try them on and make sure they fit me and I was happy when I left I felt like I made good purchases!

Today, May 3rd, I visited your store around 3 PM to return an item. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with a manager on duty. I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a beige blazer and had brown hair.
I asked her to look up my receipt using my phone number, as the item was purchased just a few days ago. Surprisingly, she claimed she couldn’t find it. However, I had no issues with a similar request at the TJ Maxx in Federal Way, where the staff was able to retrieve the receipt without a problem.
Additionally, she told me that beauty items are not eligible for return. When I asked where that policy was stated, she said it isn’t written anywhere but is told to customers at the time of purchase. I found this explanation confusing and inconsistent with my previous experiences. Throughout the interaction, her attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessarily rude.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to improve customer service at this location.

Bought two travel luggage, the wheel snapped as soon as we were going to the airport. I tried to return it because the receipt says return within 30 days and I still had the wheel hoping they would understand that their product broke on its own. Alma was very rude, seemed like she had an attitude to begin with and did not try to even be accommodating or even inform me why I cannot receive a refund. I called customer service and was notified that Tony the store manager would be giving me a call to handle my situation and I am still waiting on that call. My time was wasted, my money was wasted and my effort to even try to resolve this was thrown away as if I wasn't a loyal customer for years.
I this point I don’t care about refund!!

While driving back to Oregon from Olympic National Park, I stopped at a store for a quick break. I was pleasantly surprised to see fully armed security, which provided a sense of safety. The store had clean and well-organized shelves, but my experience took a negative turn at the register. The cashier asked if I needed a bag, to which I replied that she could put everything in my Kate Spade lunch bag, which I was purchasing. However, after scanning and payment, the cashier disappeared, leaving my items scattered on the counter. I had to gather everything back into my bag myself, which was frustrating and disappointing. It's disheartening to encounter such lack of consideration and professionalism. It’s NOT T.J.Maxx standards. 4/5/24 16:55
