Titus-Will Collision Center was wonderful. I got an appointment quickly, they told me all the steps , and worked with my insurance. My car was fixed much quicker than they thought. They did a fabulous job. When I said I needed to call the rental car agency to return the rental, they said just bring it in and they would take car of the car for me. I would highly recommend Titus-Will collision Center and their staff.

I recently had a troubling experience with Titus following an incident where my car was vandalized during a sporting event. After consulting with my insurance company, they recommended Titus for repairs.
During my appointment, the estimator raised concerns that the vandal may have left drugs in my vehicle, suggesting that it should be cleaned and sterilized before any work could commence—though they noted this was not a requirement. This was the first time I had encountered such a recommendation, and my insurance company was equally surprised when I reached out to them for clarification.
After two weeks without a response to my initial follow-up call, I reached out again. The representative reiterated their concerns about potential drugs in the car, which left me feeling frustrated.
Unfortunately, my experience with Titus has highlighted significant issues with their customer service. I found their approach unprofessional and lacking in respect for potential clients. While I cannot speak to the quality of their repair work, the front office staff could benefit from training in customer relations.
Transparency is crucial in any business, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I would not recommend Titus based on how I was treated and, regrettably, I would rate them lower than one star if possible.

Big thank you to Mr. Chris and his team. Mr Chris did most if not all the leg work with the paperwork and insurance as well as keeping me informed as much as possible about my car. I truly can not say thank you enough.

Fantastic place to do business! I have dealt with adjuster Chris Smith on multiple occasions, and he is awesome! Friendly and efficient! He and his crew in the shop are worth your time and your business. They make sure your repairs are done right, reasonable, and give you the personal attention you deserve. I highly recommend this collision center for your auto body needs!!

Fall 2024
My car was damaged when a large rock hit the hood on the freeway. I took it to Titus-Will to get an estimate. Chris "Smitty" Smith was the estimator that helped me. He quickly did an assessment, took pictures, and provided a estimate all before I could get home. It took a few weeks to get the insurance stuff straighten out. When the time came for the repair, I was under a time constraint. Smitty worked with the operations manager and they got it done. The car was returned looking brand new and it was detailed.
Smitty and the team provided excellant customer support.
Update (Spring 2024):
After my car was repaired, I noticed that the Blind Spot Warning needed to be adjusted. When the light came on, the car was right next to my door. The vision field for the blind spot detector was set too short... I immediately called Jose and he jumped on it. He found a time for me to return the car and coordincated with the Nissan tech, Steve, to be there. It worked like clockwork. I arrived and Steve was there. He made the adjustment (4mm or 0.157 inches) to the sensor. It took about 40 minutes. Both of these genetlemen are examples of excellent customer service.

A special shout out to Jose Aguilar. He intervened on my behalf with the insurance company (not mine). This was so valuable to me. He was also able to explain all the initial repairs and what the process was going to be. When additional damage was found, he informed me, and continued to work with the insurance company. As a result of his intervention, I did not have any out of pocket expenses.
The car was repaired in a timely manner and looks new. They even detailed the car. Now, that is top notch customer service.

Outstanding experience from the entire crew. Todd helped me get an appt that worked for me and also gave great advice on “what not to do” before bringing in my Highlander. Smitty was exceptional in giving me common sense and practical knowledge while I decided how I wanted to approach repairing the damage on my car. Luckily, parts were available at Toyota dealership and my car was repaired on the spot!! I’m so grateful for all of you!!

Our body work is being performed now. Will rate that after it’s completed. Wanted to compliment Derek Noble (Estimator Extraordinaire ),now ,on his excellent customer service. He helped facilitate our claim with the insurance companies. He helped us to understand how the claims process works. We hadn’t dealt with any of this since the early 1990s. A much different process than in the past.. His help and expertise was very much appreciated.!

I had a great experience with Titus Will Collision! Jose was excellent with communicating what my vehicle needed and made sure to give a break down of what repairs were done at the end. I was in an accident while my Toyota was still under warranty and was needing things repaired by Toyota mechanics so my warranty wasn’t voided. Jose was the estimator that worked with me. He made sure everything was going to be taken care of and let me know not to stress and he will make sure my car is back to new condition. He really took the stress out of the repair portion of my accident. My car looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier. Jose sent emails with pictures to update the process of my car.

Unfortunately soon after I bought my new Rave 4 TRD a young guy ran a light and rear ended me. I was devastated just having it for 2 days. I called and made an appointment with Toyota Collision Center. Chris Smith helped me and made this unwanted experience painless. Several months later a small accident & my rear end back light was broken. Called Chris and made an appointment & he went the extra mile and had it fixed same day while I waited. The whole staff and Chris was a very good experience and highly recommend.
