My wife and I got scammed pretty hard. We had bought a 2015 **** f150 and the next morning the truck wouldn't start. When it finally started, it started shaking violently and the gas didn't work. When we contacted ********************* they told us they would have the vehicle towed to be inspected. We decided to use the 48 hour exchange policy but we where not made aware the exchange would need to be completed within that 48 hour window. We felt pressured to buy another vehicle fast. And we look at multiple but they kept telling us that despite the window sticker being equal to or less then the f 150, we couldn't af**** this vehicle or that vehicle. We finally found one that we could use and they charged us twice what the car was worth on ***** blue books or caravan or similar sites. Tho we did not know this till after we had gone through with the deal. Due to the pressure we where under to apply for the vehicle before the 48 hour window closed. We had also paid for a 800 dollar value tracking system and security system that I have just been inform was never even installed. And when I attempted to contact them about the tracking software, they say they will look into it and never reach out again.

I purchased my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 High Country truck earlier this year. Mike Cain was the man who helped me. Great guy. He helped me find a beautiful truck that fit in my price range. I spent the summer and fall doing road trips and towing my camper trailer with ease and comfort. Thank you, Mike!

I would like to share how Matt and the team at Titus Will do take care of their customers and go the extra mile for them as well.I brought in my Truck for some warranty work, and at first had some miscommunication with the warranty folks, and they were able to get the issue resolved quickly and favorably. Matt showed great integrity and great character in looking out for me and honoring their commitment to take care of what they agreed to. What appeared to be heading in a negative direction because of miscommunication turned out to be a very satisfactory experience. It is refreshing to see good customer service and even more satisfying to experience good customer service. Thank Matt and Chris.

Had a very bad experience with the dealership service department. Bought 6 vehicles from this dealership and won't buy another because of the service department. The people I dealt with were extremely ignorant to the issue and wouldn't listen to reason. They even left the pin out of my trailer hitch receiver causing it to fall out on a busy road. Luckily nobody was hit by it. Don't trust these guys!! Liars and thieves!! I'm not done with the issue but done with them!!

So far I honestly have had such a negative experience with these guys from the car second I signed my paperwork. From unfulfilled promise of $200 dollar gifts with are purchasing the car. To now I took my car in for service weeks ago and during this time reached out to them in order to stay in contact and get answers on my car. Felt like I was avoid by my service rep just to have them call me today to claim they fixed my car but when they try to move the car it won't go anywhere. And that is not covered like the other parts. When I explained my disagreement with her and how I felt my treatment was shady. She just seemed to get really offended and began to refuse to help me. Even at one point turning to trying to make me out to be the one not doing something right. I feel it's disgusting ? and disappointing I was hoping for better

Updated: SERVICE DEPT CUSTOMER: had a fast customer service response and I felt like they understood where I was coming from. Prices are expensive for used cars. Would only go here for warranty work.Prices are typical for the area. I personally had a very bad experience with my service representative. I feel like he did not communicate properly. I called originally for my shifter. If you look in my reviews. I've been dealing with this shifter for a while now. I attempted to rewire a wire I pulled from the relay that connects to my shifter.I'm not a Chevy certified mechanic. So when I made this mistake, I was terrified to try to fix it. I figured I would wait until I could afford to get it looked at and fixed. I made the appointment over a week ago and was waiting in anticipation for my shifter to finally be fixed.Brought it in today, 10/16 at 1030 AM. I explained the shifter problem and asked for it to get done and also asked for them to diagnose the sound coming from the front drivers side. I get a call at 2 p.m., and the service representative says, "Our technicians diagnosed the shifter as the problem." I was confused and asked for clarification. " The technician is saying the wires are sticky, and he is recommending a full shifter replacement." People... I promise you I accidentally pulled the wire, and I do not know where it goes back into in the many slots that wires fit. I even found the wiring diagram but I struggle to make sense of it. It's not a shifter problem. It probably is sticky. To be fair I am not denying that. Plus I will say my car was gross. I have recently moved full time to my partners vehicle. I didn't realize how nasty the interior was until I drove it today. So I asked what took so long if I made an appointment at 1030, and he said he diagnosed the front left sound as a bearing. Then, of course, they only replaced the full set. I tell him I will just come in and grab my car. I hung up frustrated. Called back and asked for an oil change. Those I do typically do myself because I don't mess them up, but I the fact that I spent over 60 dollars in ride share and nothing was done in the car frustrated me.The service rep did waive the diagnostic fee. Which is nice but again confusing, considering I told him what was wrong with the vehicle. But that might be a toxic practice of Chevy and not their fault. So I ride back and wait to get my car. My representative room my payment and the amount I paid was cheaper than the amount he said on the phone. I'm not sure why. Makes me feel uncomfortable and gives me the feeling like he makes some commission off of us. But I have no idea. Anyway, after waiting in line, he couldn't locate my keys. After several hours, they lost track of them, I guess. He had to call someone to ask where my keys were, just to find out they were left unattended in my vehicle.I'm not sure as to why my keys were left unattended because they also did an ignition recall. So my rep hands me the quotes and receipt for my oil change. I walked to my car, and the door was left slightly ajar. Once again, I'm confused as to why. My car was set to neutral with the parking brake on. You can not place the car in the park without pressing the button under the console if the wiring is off. I would expect a "certified service technician." To know that.Don't bring your vehicle here if it's used and older than five years. It seems the service department is optimal at mantaning warranty and recalls but can not properly diagnose and work a problem because "it's too sticky." To make it a bit worse, I asked if a more senior technician could take a look, and he said that the technician is the "Master Service Technition." To me, it seems like they are more concerned with replacing parts as to fixing problems. If the wires were "too sticky" for you to attempt to trouble shoot than they would be "too sticky" for you to replace the shifter. Doesn't make sense to me. Seems to me the &q

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a 80,000 GMC Denali and ended up going in and trading in for a Chevy Silverado that cost only 60,000. First time I went in they walked me through everything and honestly great service. When I realized the Denali wasn't what I was looking for I went back in thinking I'd receive the same service ... HAHA WRONG. They didn't walk me through any of the papers I was signing, told me I was going to get a check through the mail for a refund for the difference of the Denali to the Silverado. Come to find out a couple days later they upcharged the truck an extra 10,000 and I now have to make payments. They only care about the commission and don't care about the customer making the purchase. DO NOT GO HERE OR YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

Let me tell you a story about Matt Hanson, and all the other people that work in their finance managers at Titus -will in Tacoma Pacific are horrible people they send two goons to your house to bully around to get back the car with my they gave me after putting $7500 down. And now they’re saying the car has damage. It was probably from the drug attic‘s you sent to my house what guns to pick up the car this is a professional GM store. They won’t give me an answer to give back my money. They give me attitude on the phone they leave you on hold just to sit there just to get you irritated. This Chevy store is horrible. I will never come back in. I will vies. People not to come here. And they lied that I wasn’t cooperating with them.

Ray and his team of technicians have truly outdone their customer service in my opinion! I had to get a new engine and transmission and while the wait was very long due to manufacturing delays- they took AMAZING care of me and my family during that time. I've been back since for some sensors after an accident and again, they exceeded my expectations in customer service. 100% recommend going to this specific Chevy dealership for all your vehicle needs!

Ok, I know this is long but you have to get the full flavor of what went so wrong with this company and their Camaro. My wife and I bought a Camaro with the electronic convertible soft top, from this dealership towards the end of last year. Less than a year ago. It only had 18,000 (yes, 18,000) miles on it. It now has less than 25,000 miles on it. They talked us into spending thousands of dollars on the super-extended warranty so "if ANYTHING goes wrong with it it will be covered." Well, the driver side, interior door handle's fake chrome laminate is peeling off and has already cut my wife's hand. Now, a small bar that has a plastic hinge has broken on the convertible top part which makes it in-operatable. I took it to a closer Chevy dealership in Bremerton. They say it will cost only $122.27 in parts but, added with the labor will come to almost $900. The super-extended warranty that's supposed to cover everything "if ANYTHING goes wrong" will not cover this. After leaving multiple messages with salespeople yesterday and today at Titus for their Sales Manager to contact me (that's who they said I had to talk to) and never receiving a call back, I insisted this time to stay on the phone until I was able to speak with the Sales Manager. Finally, he got on the phone. In short, he said they're not going to do anything for me. Then he insisted I bring the Camaro into them because apparently the Chevy in Bremerton is their mortal enemy/competitor, and they won't simply call them to find out what's wrong with it. Seriously? A pissing match? Over defective products in a very expensive Camaro? It's less than 25k miles and bought less than a year ago. The Sales Manager (He goes by Matt H.) says he could have his guys look at it if I bring it to him because he won't call the other Chevy dealership. I told him that that is going to require my wife and I to take 2 more days off to go and pick up the Camaro from the other Chevy dealership that he could simply call, drive it the 2 hours one way to his dealership (and by all indications from what he was saying earlier, just to be denied any cooperation on the cost), and then drive back down for 2 more hours one way to pick the Camaro up after still having to pay the almost $900 dollars for the repairs. I'm in my 60s and have had to deal with a lot of absurd supposed customer service departments. This one is by far the most absurd. These are very cheaply made parts for a very expensive car. The parts and labor though are expensive to repair the original cheap parts. The super-extended warranty that is supposed to cover everything "if ANYTHING goes wrong" doesn't cover "Anything goes wrong" and is a waste of money. Trying to speak to a manager just gets you ignored until you force them to talk to you. And, even if you bought the expensive car from them less then a year ago with less than 25k miles on it, they won't stand by their product. He even had the nerve to say that he's "bending over backwards to help me" and that I'm "not willing to do anything to help myself." Seriously? We're taking days off of work to get it to a Chevy dealership. I spent 2 days leaving multiple messages to talk with the warranty company and to talk to a Sales Manager at Titus. He finally spoke to me when I refused to get off the phone until he gets on the phone. All to just tell me basically tough luck. But he'll let us bring it in to them because they have a pissing match going on with the Chevy dealership that has it now, and waste all that time off work just to tell me tough luck in person. When all he has to do is call the other dealership. WOW!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEIR FLUFFY ADS ARE NOT WHO THEY ARE. MY EXPERIENCE SHOWS ONCE YOU BUY IT, THEY DON'T CARE. Not to mention the cheap parts that started this whole fiasco.

I am a little frustrated with the service department regarding my last visit with Titus-Will. I purchase a vehicle 2 Jun 2023. The vehicle I purchase is a 2017, with around 45,000 miles and was a certified vehicle. The vehicle also have the lifetime warranty as well. Around 16 Jun 2023, my vehicle A/C starting blowing warm air (this is around the time it started to get hot in Washington State). So I took my vehicle in the next following Monday for assistance. The service department said that they couldn’t schedule me in until 28 Aug 2023 because they were booked. I totally understood that and was hot in my car for 2 and a half months. Finally I take my car in on the 28 Aug 2023 for my appointment. I get a call from the service department around 5 hours later saying that they couldn’t find a leak in the A/C system. The service department said that the A/C system need to be recharge and then told me that I owe $192 and some change for the diagnostic service. I informed them that I just purchase this certified vehicle with a lifetime warranty and I wouldn’t have brought the vehicle in for service if my A/C didn’t stop working within 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle. The service department stated that if they would’ve found a leak in the A/C system, I wouldn’t have been charged for service. The only issue they found, the A/C needed to be recharged. I talked to a supervisor and he said that they can only take off a $100. During our conversation, the manager was snappy but a looked at it as if he was having one of those days. Again this was a certified vehicle. I feel the A/C should have been check to put the “certified” sticker on this vehicle.I have purchase 2 vehicles from this dealership but questioning now if they value me as a customer. I gave the dealership 2 stars because my car salesmen is very friendly, very supportive and very professional throughout my process of getting this vehicle. Overall, want a good experience with the service department.

If you are going to buy a vehicle and you want amazing sales personnel that will take care of you and try to get you the best deal on a vehicle possible even after you leave the dealership... go to Titus Will Chevrolet in Parkland and ask for Mike Cain. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Titus Will this time around as they did not have what we were looking for in stock (purchased from them before and will again in the future I’m sure). However, I highly recommend Titis-Will… you won't be disappointed and I guarantee you will be here writing a review saying the same thing because service that good deserves a great review!

I appreciate the dealership and service associates for doing the best work to satisfy customers work on automobiles as quickly and efficiently as possible, explaining to me what services are needed because of the codes that come up after diagnostics were performed. It doesn't feel like your trying to gouge me or my pocketbook because I chose to bring my car needs to you. Quite the opposite for which I am very pleased and thankful that all services performed fit within my budget.
