⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️First of all, you guys are great! You always have great customer service, everybody’s always super busy working hard, and you have a great selection and I’ve been shopping there for many, many, years….buuuuuut….Every once in a while, I’ll get a plastic price tag thread that has been shoved up into the seam of the collar of my Tshirt, and when I snap the tag off or the plastic thread holding the price tag, the top piece that breaks off gets stuck inside the seam of the collar, and after a while of wearing it, it will start to scratch or poke me in the neck, sometimes, not all the time, but when it does it’s super annoying lol, and you can’t get this little broken piece out of the collar seam without (being a Ninja) poking a hole in your shirt, stretching it out, or destroying the threads a little bit…is there anyway that you guys could find a different spot to put the price tag? lol Probably not, but I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who’s been bummed out by this and it’s NOT a super big deal…just a heads up. In the picture you can see where the plastic price tag thread goes up under the collar seam. When that top part of the plastic thread gets snapped off, that little plastic piece gets stuck up in the collar seam, and it can be sharp enough to poke through and scratch or poke your neck…so annoying…lol…I still gave you guys a FIVE STAR rating and I still shop there all the time ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I walked in on dec 30, 2022 with a low budget, probably only like $35. though i only had so much to spend, i found loads of cute clothing. i found a cute, and surprisingly cheap cropped cardigan and took it to the register. whoever checked me out was the sweetest lady ever. she complimented my outfit and didn't judge when i wasn't sure what to do, as this was my first purchase on my own. EVER. i highly recommend this location if you're into grungy-esque modern clothing styles and aesthetics, and if your not it might be cool to browse around.

If i could, I'd leave 0 stars. The customer service isn't the best, I don't know why managers are hiring these employees. Been in here with friends we were looking for a specific shirt asked an employee, and they just rolled their eyes acted like we weren't there.... never again

If I could give zero stars I would. Instead of treating my son and I like criminals, the gentleman working should have treated us like customers. We walked in ready to purchase a couple pairs of shoes- got zero customer service. Instead he walked over and questioned where I purchased the items I had in my hands?? Obviously it was a Lululemon shopping bag, where else would I have purchased my items? Instead of asking how he could help, he continues to just stare at us. Didn't realize racism in this store was still as real as ever. Won't be back.

Was going to order online because noticed they had a 20% sale on a few items at the tacoma mall location. I decided to go into the store instead of doing curbside pick up, and once I looked at my receipt, I noticed she charged me full price and didn’t honor the 20% discount on my items I purchased even after she said she would add it to my items.Bad business.

Ordered a item on line with them and I checked there website almost every day for almost two weeks and finally called them to find out where my package was. They said it was delivered a week ago but on there web site it shows not delivered. So I lost $65.00 item.?I will not do business with them again.

Cute clothes, waited for about 10 minutes (took her sweet time) for the cashier to ring up & de-censor 4 shirts & a pair of shorts while she talked to her other coworker about how her other employee was faking his heart problems/functioning anxiety. Lmfaooo. Won't be back. Q

Despite having a closing time of 6, and it being a half an hour till so, and a sign saying "open", with doors unlocked and personnel walking about, Tillys staff adamantly rejected customers saying that they were closed. Quite disappointing.

kind and perceptive employees! Tillys also has reasonably priced clothing and a decent size range (xs-xxl). perfect for teens (and kids in the back section!) shopping back to school. fitting rooms are open and cleaned regularly :)) a good one stop shop for anyone looking for the latest trends and a variety of brands.

I work here and idk what y’all are talking about with the bad customer service. All my coworkers are super sweet and I have a great time there. Truly clueless. Also yes the sizes are kind of unfair, but that isn’t the Tacoma mall Tillys fault

Went in to buy a pair of shoes I had seen on their website, as I walked in I saw them and went to look at them with my husband. This man quickly walked up with the rudest tone asked if I was going to buy them, I said I was going to try them on at first and he kept interrupting as I was talking to my husband, I sad yes I’m going to buy them and he yanked the shoe out of my hand and put it in a box and said “were you ready or are you still shopping around” at that point I was pretty annoyed and said I was still looking around. The customer service was terrible from everyone- they kept yelling that a girl was almost off in a few minutes and could care less about customers in store. At that point I just wanted to leave and not get the shoes, I let a girl at the register know that the guy was holding shoes and I had changed my mind, she didn’t respond. As we were walking out the guy yelled out “oh you’re not going to buy the shoes” and I told him I changed my mind, I also let him know that someone had left an iPad on the sales floor unattended, he just rolled his eyes and said yeah it’s a “store iPad” . Definitely calling corporate- I work retail and the lack of unprofessionalism I witnessed at this store was truly appalling. I understand retail is tough right now but the people working just seemed miserable and unkind. Decided to just go into the vans store a few stores down and purchase my shoes there.

I forgot the girls name, but I was there with my boyfriend and bought two things. While I was checking out, I ask her if her lame was open because she was the only worker standing in front of one. She looks at me and points to one two registers down. She calls for her coworker to take me, who was very sweet and helpful, but I don't understand why she couldn't? She was seriously doing nothing. She was also side eyeing me and scrunching her eyebrows like I was extremely ugly. She was very rude, and would bud into my conversation with the cashier, hinting that I don't have enough money because the chip reader was acting up. I had well over 2k in my bank account and after working all week, I decided to come here to spend a little. I did not come here to be mistreated by a snobby 4 ft 17 year old girl. My boyfriend told me that he witnessed her rolling her eyes at me and he noticed her unprofessional behavior as well. Horrible worker.
