Packy is the man, he's been in the industry for years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. He's been very helpful not only with choosing exercise equipment but also making recommendations for other cool things around town for a newcomer like myself.

So far so good! I received it within a reasonable time and it was not damaged, but that would have been on the carrier. The cost is reasonable, my only gripe would be some sort of free app instead of having to pay for a membership, but the hardware itself has been great! I love my row machine, and who would have thought you could do a HIIT routine on it, and actually sweat. It was pretty easy to put together, as long as you have the patience. I did have to ask for help at one point but that was the last leg and only because it's heavy to stand upright.I would definitely recommend The Fitness Outlet, they are local (in this country) and they didn't screw around. Last place I tried to buy a product from online, it took 2 months and they never scheduled it to ship so I just cancelled. It's tough doing online purchases but this one was smooth and hassle-free. I love that it stands up for space in an apt!!

Purchased Equipment And Paid Almost $600 For Assembly. TFO Sent Equipment With Missing Parts. Their Technicians Came But Couldn't Complete Assembly Due To Missing Parts. After A Month Of Run Around From TFO, I Received The Missing Parts. Unfortunately, It's Now Been Almost 2 Months Since A Received The Missing Parts And TFO Is Still Giving Me A Run Around On Completing The Assembly Job. It's Been Over 3 Months Since I Purchased The Machine, Yet I Cant Use Equipment That Cost Me Over $6K To Purchase. I Am More Than Disgusted By TFO To Put It Nicely.

I purchased a elliptical from TFO in April. There was an issue with Heart rate monitor not displaying on the console. All I can say is Packy has provided the best customer service experience I have experienced in years!!I could not recommend The Fitness Outlet enough. Thanks Packy!!!

My experience with Anya and the team at The Fitness Outlet was awesome. Anya and her team did a fantastic job of keeping me updated and informed every step of the way. I purchased a custom 9 foot pool table, which I had dreamed of as a kid, and they handled the logistics and the covid issue and delivered as promised flawlessly. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone was always positive and a pleasure to talk to, making the process a lot simpler on my end. Thanks Anya and the Fitness Outlet team for making dreams come to life, you guys ROCK!!!

Packy was wonderful and helped me find the perfect treadmill before the holidays. I had spent months during quarantine trying to find a good machine at a good price online and the ship times and cost were prohibitive. He let me run on the treadmills to get a feel for them and within 30 minutes he found the perfect one for me. I also opted to take it home myself and he made that process super simple and fast! I went from no treadmill to the best treadmill in one week thanks to Packy.

Fitness Outlet TacomaI don’t generally write reviews, but in this instance I felt it important to do so. This week I purchased a Hoist V4. I was assisted by the store manager, Packy Tornquist, and it is Packy’s customer service, experience and professionalism that motivated me to write this review. This purchase experience ranks as one of the best I have experienced. Packy impresses as very trustworthy, respectful, transparent and down to earth, but also has vast knowledge and experience. He made me feel completely at ease as he assisted in demonstrating and sharing experience about the various equipment items that interested me. He also provided assistance on using the machines safely and with proper technique, almost like a personal trainer would offer to a client, yet there was zero pressure. While Packy contributed invaluably to the purchase decision, at all times I felt that it was entirely my decision, about everything, and even after spending quite a long time with me, when I initially decided to think about it, again, I felt no pressure. I did return the next day and completed the purchase, after completing some additional product research to confirm exactly which model and with what accessories I needed for my fitness goals.It is rare these days to find such an honest and integrity driven sales professional. I want to truly thank Packy for his kindness, dedication and professionalism, and sincerely recommend Fitness Outlet Tacoma and most notably, Packy Tuonquist, should you have interest in acquiring a quality piece of fitness equipment. Two stars because I like the showroom but otherwise a one star. Came in on a Sunday to get a treadmill and paid for shipping and setup since the salesman told us that the delivery guys were flexible and worked on weekends. We were told to call and set up a time. We called and were informed the delivery time has already been scheduled mid week in the middle of the day and they do not work weekends. Seriously, no calls or communication about anything. It was a take it or leave it kind of attitude where they schedule the delivery time at their convenience and you needed to be flexible. The sales guy flat out lied to our face. They are cheaper for a reason.
