Our new elliptical was having some issues and Packy, the manager, was helpful in getting it replaced instead of trying to fix it.

Packy is the man, he's been in the industry for years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. He's been very helpful not only with choosing exercise equipment but also making recommendations for other cool things around town for a newcomer like myself.
