I was referred to James by my daughter, who has some great work done by him. I enjoyed this experience, as he is very talented and personable, and his shop is cozy, clean, and has very interesting art to look at, with cool stories to back it up! I know my daughter will continue to go to him to finish up her sleaves, and I will definitely be back also. Thanks for my new body art James!

My experience with James is that he is an exceptional artist. He is easy to communicate with and very professional. I had a sleeve tattooed by him and could not be happier with the results. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a quality tattoo experience. Five stars all the way.

Such a nice guy ! Did an amazing job!! Kept asking me how I was doing and made sure I was comfortable during the tattoo session! Even got to watch a movie which was nice. One of the fastest replying tattoo artist I've ever met! Highly recommend seeing James if you want to get a piece done I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you for doing such an amazing job

James IS AN AWESOME ARTIST. So I've recently went to a tattoo parlor, to get an outline of my dragon. Just to say I didn't want to go back, and would never go back to them. After doing my research and reading reviews, I've found James. James is an excellent artist, he is very kind, very sweet and gets the job done right. He got in touch with me very fast, and is great at communicating with me, also squeezed me into his busy schedule. He also helped me with touching up and finish the scales on my dragon tattoo that I've gotten elsewhere. he took the time to even make sure the scales was how i wanted and to even look over the mistakes the other artist made & how to fix it. I really appreciate it, and will definitely go back whenever I want another tattoo. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely recommend to any friends or family that wants tattoos.

Tattoo by James was where I got my best and most intricate tattoo! James Scott was an absolute professional and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He was flexible with my difficult work hours and took the concept I asked for and created a beautiful result. His skill and attention to detail was unmatched!! I recommend him to everyone in the Tacoma area and beyond.

I finally had a reason to get a cover up tattoo. James did an amazing job with making sure there was no evidence I even had a tattoo underneath. He was very detailed and wanted the finished project to be perfect. I was surprised how the tattoo turned out. It was better than I imagined it would be. James is a nice, kind, patient and talented artist. I would definitely recommend him.
