Have taken my two dogs here for a few years. I have always been treated kindly and always pleased with the final results couple weeks ago I inadvertently missed my appointment. The chick on the phone was rude and reminded me I had missed my appointment and they were all booked which was fine. I asked her about next weekend and she said they were booked. I finally asked her if I was putting her out and should I find another groomer. She told me she was trying to put me in however she needed to find another bather who could handle me. She put me on hold and no one ever answered the phone. I don't miss my grooming appointments when I schedule my dog so I'm not sure what her issue was. She sounded like she was put out immediately when she answered the phone and had an attitude from the start of our conversation and then to tell me she was going to find another groomer to handle me. I wasn't asking for special treatment or an immediate appointment. All I wanted was to make an appointment. Well yes there are other groomers in Tacoma and she can kiss my backside

Worst ever. I asked my wife to just get our golden doodle trimmed, but keep her hair long. She explained it twice and then asked if they understood. They said yes and that we may have to shave her in a few months due to matting. We like her fluffy! What did they do? They shaved her completely. She has a little bit of fluff on her head and tail…the rest is nothing. She now looks like a poodle rat. Paying $82 for a 30lbs dog……and then not even listening to the owners…..absolutely inept.

I specifically told the groomer multiple times to keep my golden doodles hair long and was bringing my dog in every four weeks so that it was easier to maintain. I don’t know what else I could’ve said to get my point across but when I picked my dog up today, she was completely shaved down. I was charged $12 more for the visit even though it was against what I wanted. I have been recommending your business to all of my friends, but that will stop now. I feel as if they shaved my dog because it was easier and they just did what they wanted, despite my wishes. I am not happy and wanted to write this as a warning to others. If you have a specific look you want for your dog, you will likely not get it.

We love them; they do a wonderful job and love our pet! We've tried other places in town, but these folks are really the best. I have a terrier that's sometimes nervous and will nip at people if they are too grabby or impatient. These folks just love on him to build trust. It's so important.

Monday took my 4 mos old German shepherd to see Savannah!!! Great Job, groomer was the sweetest, totally cared for and groomed my puppy tip top. Smelled great and look perfect!!! I considered that a job well done! Thanks Savannah !!!

These folks are so wonderful with my dog! They are happy to see him and really make him feel comfortable. He always looks great after a grooming session. I won't go anywhere else.

Our dog Ryder loves coming here for his grooming sessions. The staff is warm and welcoming to both pups and owners. They do a fantastic job keeping our doggie looking handsome. Great place!

I take my cat here monthly to clip his nails. They are fast, friendly and gentle. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I've arrived several times in the afternoon to find them closed an hour or more before their posted hours of operation.

My cat is VERY good at a groomers. She stays still like a deer in the headlights. But even given this very cooperative cat, they couldn't shave an even side to save their soul. I asked for a lion cut but they left off shaving anything that was difficult to reach like her underbelly and her legs. The price was rather high as well.

Tanya the owner is so great and experienced. Saw a newer groomer and wasn't to happy with the cut but Tanya made it better. Will be a returning and would recommend
