It's a car dealership and they want money so of course they were polite and professional. I do recommend them as my experience was excellent. My wife and I walked in to replace my truck. Which was a fair price after discounts. They also gave us a great deal for my wife's car.
We left with 2 new cars.

I went to Tacoma Dodge to test drive a jeep and I worked with Kenny who had amazing customer service and was very helpful. I came back Tuesday and worked with Kenny again and officially got the jeep and I absolutely love it. I would completely recommend to come Dodge to anybody, the manager was great. My whole experience was very positive. Thank you for a great experience

Tried to schedule a recall appointment for my 2024 4xe. Phone auto sent me to text appointment. Text says need to call for recall appointments. After back and forth, Service person called while I am driving to work, lost signal . They didn't even bother trying to call back.
Terrible customer service. Don't want to imagine the hassles if I bought something there and was forced to deal with them.
Called Olympia Jeep, talked to a person, made the appointment, took 3 minutes.

I wasn't shopping for a new truck as I was there with a friend as he had his truck worked on. I spotted this beautiful RAM Power Wagon and jokingly said something about having something like that as I knew I couldn't afford it. My friend jokingly told a sales person and I couldn't believe it but we found a way that was a reasonable price I could afford. Not I have a truck I could only dream of having. They made a dream come true. It truly was a great experience.

We looked around online to find a vehicle that we were comfortable with and found a Chrysler Pacifica in our budget. We showed up late in the evening, as I had some prior obligations. The crew there was welcoming and showed us the vehicles we looked at online. They let us do a quick test drive, answered a few questions I had about financing, and were prompt to get the paperwork rolling once we decided it was right. They stayed late to make the sale happen and found me a slightly better APR than my bank was going to give me.
Tim was our salesman, he was very kind, attentive, and the manager(I forget his name, sorry dude,) was also very professional. He kept checking in with us when Tim was going back and forth with us and the financing department. They stayed over an hour plus past closing to get it done.
