Best customer service in Western Washington! Highly recommend for ski, snowboard, and racket sports.
I had an excellent boot fitting experience with Julia. Listened to what I wanted in an alpine boot. I consider myself advanced skier and aspiring to be an expert with about 30% on trail, 40% off trail and 30% backcountry/side country. We found the perfect fit for my funky foot. They were super chill with no high pressure sales pitch or attempt to up-sale me into too much tech that I didn’t need.
Highly recommend their rental shop and lease program as it saves time and money compared to on the mountain shops.

I stumbled upon this place after a Costco trip today. Received prompt and welcoming, excellent service from a young lady. Excited to come here upon winter time! Looks like a good selection.

This store is beyond frustrating. Nothing but issues with the boot fitters. Most recent issue is went in for a punch and they didn’t tighten down the bolts that hold the upper and lower together. Managed to come loose on the mountain.
No worries, I call them and ask for assistance. Told to call the manufacturer. Unfortunately, Salomon will not ship replacement parts for products bought from an authorized dealer.
Save yourself time and future headaches, just go to the Bellevue store. One call to them and they offered to a temporary fix until they could get ahold of the part from Salomon.

Such lovely staff, however you can really see that they are struggling to keep up with the high traffic. I came in during a rush and was forced to wait in line for 20-35min because there was only one girl in charge of measuring, weighing, taking information and fitting gear for people to rent equipment. They need more support, and it’s painfully obvious. Other than that, everyone is very helpful and eager to get you set up for success!

Go somewhere else where they care about their customers. These people randomly hung up on me, ignored my calls and refused service despite my polite questions about the skis they had in stock and what they recommend. I was ready to spend a few thousand dollars at their shop but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

If you are a person of color, be prepared to wait a LONG time before being helped. They told us to wait at the bench for snow boot fitting and we did. But the associates just stared at us and looked away before finding something else to do, totally avoiding us. They have a great selection of snow gear if you are willing to shop with no help. But, the racism is crazy. Very disappointing.
