My experience was great there's a very supportive community and is clean around the gym equipment the only problem I have is with the bathrooms there not always vary clean by otherwise a great gym

Love everything about this gym . I meanEverything!!!Only there is no fresh air !!!!!!A/c not working or when it does work it’s of . So I try to go through my routine really quick so I don’t pass out because I’m breathing carbon oxide.Very sad . Besides that it’s the best gym

Canceled membership 3 months back,Still being charged. Wont refund my money because they “didn’t receive a email.”Then told we “dont do refunds at all”Even tho they can see I havent been in, in 3 months.Been a member here and their other TBC for the past 4yrs.Cancelled bc I moved outta state.Terrible online system platform and general service. I 100% canceled my membership on their site. Still being charged to this day.

We paid for an annual membership for my son and less than a week later, my son died. They refuse to refund the money. Theres nothing in the contract about memberships being non refundable. They are heartless, it would seem. Their lack of empathy was disturbing. He had been a member for several years.

Great vibes in this gym. Great equipment for both powerlifting, bodybuilding, and just fitness in general. The gym is spatious and very affordable. Just wish it was closer to home!

This is an amazing gym with such great staff I have been a member since 2015 and even with the pandemic this gym still made sure me and my family were taken care of. My daughter loved (she's been attending since the age of 7)the childcare room the staff is caring and understanding and gives full attention to all the children there has never been an issue. I recommend this gym and its childcare to all my mom's friends and family.

I have been here 4 years. in the four years I've been here, it has been great. but due to management the place has really gone DOWNHILL. first and foremost, if you wanna have your child in there you gotta make sure they are on their best behavior (no mistakes) if your child is still learning how to behave and not fight over toys you may wanna reconsider bringing them here. any result in what they call "violence" (tapping a child with a toy or if a child gets into an altercation) it's an automatic out for that child. its like a daycare but you gotta make sure your child knows how to share, especially around 2 or else you'll be kicked out of your workout. happened to me twice now. My 2 year old child somehow got a hold of a pencil and poked a baby in the head which I felt so bad for :(. but I'm sure it's cause the daycare attendant was either talking to front desk or not paying attention cause how could my daughter get a hold of that pen anyway? Gotta watch your own kid while working out to make sure they don't make any mistakes at all. also daycare says 4-8 pm but you gotta have your child out by 7:50 pm. the daycare workers are rude, if you've told management before they were on their phones they'll have animosity towards you and target your kids. (specifically mine so if my kids make any mistakes it's an automatic out for me) the manager PAM even told me that just cause the daycare attendants have animosity towards me doesn't mean they'll have it towards my children. YIKES. when I tried to tell her about the attendants being on their phones she called me a liar in a nasty email to the owner and talks about her customers in a degrading way. lost out on a great former client and will be deterring my friends from here.

One of my all time favorite gyms. I have gone to many gyms but this gym has a protein shake bar that most gyms don't have. I love it here because of the key fob 24 access. I wish there were more around because I moved out of the area and don't go here anymore. I felt very safe and comfortable and met wonderful individuals during the late nights of working out when I couldn't sleep. It was helpful and a great. I will say that it can be a bit intimidating and the fact that I've been confident and know what I'm doing made things easier.

Love this Gym. Times vary with being busy, but the sanitizer and small wrag is a plus. If only everyone was consistent. Plenty of equipment. Good clean gym..

I’ve wanted to visit for about 3 years and finally had the opportunity to get a week long pass. This place is incredible. Every single piece of specialty equipment that I could ever want, this place has. From the great layout of the machines, to the various specialty bars, the Pit Shark, hip thrust machine, the great lighting, and the exceptionally welcoming staff, this gym is a must visit/make your primary gym. My only complaint is that I don’t live closer.Oh! They even have feline hygiene products and hair ties in the ladies restroom! Feels like home away from home.

It's not a bad gym but it's not what it used to be a few years ago. If you just wanna work out and lift weights this place should suffice, but if you're learning at one of the martial arts schools in the area you're better off going somewhere else. They got rid of the punching bag long ago and the Bob has seemingly never been weighted in the several years I've been here
