They are all amazing, Brian their IT guy went out of his way to drop me off at home while my vehicle was in their shop and picked me up when it was done. I definitely will be going to them when I trade in my vehicle to get a new one.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting South Tacoma Auto in search of my favorite car. Although I initially couldn’t purchase it outright, I decided to explore financing options. Upon walking into the dealership, I found Nate among his colleagues. I pulled him aside to inquire about his colleague, Murray, who unfortunately was not in the office. Despite this, I continued with Nate, who proved to be an exceptionally sincere, honest, eloquent, ethical, hardworking, and engaging salesperson.
I explained my requirements to Nate, and he promptly accessed my prior application records. Taking into account my financial circumstances, he made a credit application on my behalf. As it was near closing time, Nate graciously offered to drive me home in the very car I had been dreaming of. It was an incredible experience, and he assured me that the delay in bank responses was due to the late hour of our application. Nate promised to call me the following day with any updates.
True to his word, Nate called around 11:30 AM the next day to inform me that the bank had approved my loan. He invited me to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. I drove my Buick Enclave, which I was trading in, to South Tacoma Auto. Within two hours, I was the proud owner of a 2021 Dodge Challenger SXT. Nate delivered on his promise within 24 hours, standing by his word throughout the process.
I am immensely grateful to Nate for his dedication and professionalism. I would also like to extend my thanks to the entire team at South Tacoma Auto for their hospitality and friendliness. A special mention goes to Tommy, the sales associate, who welcomed me with a bottle of cold water and provided honest, informative explanations, allowing me to ask all my questions.
I highly recommend South Tacoma Auto to anyone in search of honest and hardworking dealers who will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Thank you, Nate and Tommy, for an outstanding experience.
