I leave this review at the risk of this hidden treasure getting discovered. I’ve been to all of the places in Tacoma over the years and this one has become my favorite. It’s low key but has three nice features that I appreciate and that it it apart from others: (1) if you call to schedule an appointment, the appointment time will actually be honored and they will have someone waiting to help you when you arrive; (2) super easy parking; (3) the owner and staff are very nice and friendly and I’ve never had any complaints about my monthly pedicure.

I’ve been seeing Nicole for a while and she always does a wonderful job. She always checks my nails and tells me what’s best to make sure my nails are kept in the best condition. She not only is very detail oriented and gentle, she also is so fun to talk to! If you are looking a new nail tech please see Nicole you won’t be disappointed!!

Som, have gone here for awhile . You get what you pay for . Sloppy jobs . Sometimes descent . After today will not go back . I have digestive issues and have to be able to use a restroom when I need to . I was denied by Niem to use the restroom before she painted my nails because she wanted to get me out as fast as she could so she could move on to someone else . I told her I was going to be sick but she didn’t care . I shouldn’t have to go into details about a disability.

Great service at Soh Nails and Spa. I booked on the phone for my daughter and I. We arrived and were sat within minutes. Our technicians were very thorough. Not the fanciest place, but nice none the less. The only feedback I have is to use plastic liners in the tubs to avoid cross contamination. Overall, great experience and will come back.

Went here today, and had the best pedicure! They greeted me immediately, and I was seated for a pedicure! It was very relaxing, and I actually got a long massage with the service! They listened to what I wanted, and did not want done, and my toes and feet are looking/feeling amazing! Thank you for the wonderful pedicure! Will definitely be back when I am by that side of town again!

my boyfriend and i went here for the first time to get pedicures and it was great!! great customer service, a TON of options for pedicures, get a big bang for your buck too! i got gel polish and so much more than i usually get at my regular salon for only 78$ for the both of us (before tip). i was genuinely so suprised, at my usual salon it’s anywhere from50-60$ for just myself and for half of the stuff they did to us. the ladies were very kind aswell, my boyfriend even forgot his sunglasses in there and one of the ladies came running out behind us with them, found that very kind. i would totally recommend this salon, super clean and relaxing. thank you! we will definitely be back:)

Decent but could be better. I thought the pinky nail was to long. And one of the edges, we’re not smooth, so I kept getting caught, and eventually tore off.

This salon is very accommodating and kind. I also have my nails last a full two weeks which is unheard of for me. I usually only have a set last a week before it’s chipping because I’m so hard on my nails. Definitely recommend! You can walk in, but it’s also easy to call ahead and see when they can fit you in.

I don’t get pedicures often because they’re never worth the money to me. I never feel comfortable, it feels unsanitary, and I just don’t feel pampered. I maybe go once a year. Haven’t found something worth splurging in. These ladies, however, were the absolute sweetest. My technician went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable. She did the most trying to pick out the perfect sparkles for my big toe, haha. I appreciated the thought so much. It was super clean and I felt relaxed! I’ll be coming more often now!
