You need to be a creative and saavy shopper. I go in with a menu idea and then may have to get creative to match ingredient items available to what I have planned. Prices are workable. Lots of fun items. Employees are friendly and helpful. Checkout is a breeze. Love this place.

Everything is more expensive even in bulk. 2x more expensive for everything I wanted. Staff even knows it and encourages people to shop elsewhere.

Heidi who I believe to be the manager has terrible customer service!!!! I always dread coming to this specific location and now I will NEVER be back. I’ve interacted with her 3 times and every single time she was rude and very unprofessional.

The store is a mess all the time and the manager sits in the office and eats all day! Also rude to the employees. I'm shocked this place doesn't have health violations. The corporate office should look into the management, maybe interview the employees.

Very rude and unprofessional cashiers. They should be nice amd polite talking to a first time customer and showing them where the line starts or where to find a particular item. Not just throwing words like they are bitter.

You don’t need to own a restaurant to shop here (: This is like Costco, but no membership is required. It is a very large store where you can buy many things individually, such as jams, sour cream, and condiments. I was impressed by the variety of different coffee syrups they have - an entire wall dedicated to major brands like DaVinci, Torani, and Monin. Great store!
