You all always do a great job, from large problems to simple service. I was diagnosed with an issue with my alternator but was told I didnt have get done right away. But also was told what could happen if i took to long to replace it. Five months later had time and money to take care of evrrything. In and out in less than an hour an half. Thank you always for great service.

I've been taking my Astros to Simmons now for several years and have always been pleased with communication and quality of work. I had a radiator part fail a few days after install - I called Simmons to let them know I was going to limp the van to them and had a call back in 2 minutes stating the tow truck was on the way and please don't drive the van - they towed my van the 20 miles to the shop, dropped everything to identify the issue and repair (bad part - it happens these days) and get it sorted so they also stand behind their work and care about the customer. Happy I found them.

Austin was fantastic. He went over everything with our car that allowed us to make an informed decision. There was no pressure put on us and once we decided what was best, they worked with us and assisted in taking care of our needs both for a vehicle and removal of our old vehicle.

Dean (owner) and his entire staff and crew did an outstanding and VERY thorough job on my 80k service and brakes; AND - they accurately diagnosed and fixed a problem that’s been happening for almost 2 years - one that neither the VW dealer nor 2 other “reputable” German repair shops could solve. I was referred to Simmons by a friend and they have earned a customer for life. They own and operate a top rate small business that takes great care of their customers AND their people. Their values aren’t just empty words - they LIVE them and are committed to operating their business with the highest integrity, trustworthiness and excellence. And, their prices are correct. But, the real difference for me was in knowing I could TRUST them to do what was needed (and only that). They listened, did some serious investigation to figure out the 2 y/o “mystery” problem and then fixed it while performing the service work needed. TheY did a top quality job on my 10 y/o Passat which is now running like its brand new! I can recommend Simmons without hesitation- give them a try .....you will not be disappointed! Amazing customer service and very honest people. We brought in our ford fusion se 2018 after a previous shop had fixed issues with the spark plugs, but they returned. Austin walked my husband through the diagnostic and explained everything to him. One day later he quoted us. The quote was high, which is reasonable for the issue we had with but Austin was extremely helpful with answering my questions about if it even would be worth it to fix it up. After careful consideration we decided to purchase a new vehicle instead and Austin provided some suggestions to help narrow our search. Awesome shop, lovely people, I will recommend them to friends. Definitely planning to bring our second vehicle in for service etc. Thank you so much guys! It is refreshing to find a mechanic shop nowadays that does honest work.
