Wow! The trains (and crossing alarms) are loud. I suggest asking for an odd numbered room or an end room unless you are significantly hard of hearing.

Will be excited to do an overnight here soon.Walkability: Close to nearby shops. Variety. You can tell they are trying to build up and enhance the Tacoma area with more enjoyable experiences for people.Food & drinks: Endless food for an event I attend put on by the hotel. Great delicious selections for events like weddings. Would book an event here! Compliments to chef Jordan ?

This is the second time I have stayed here this month. I love the views from the room and the ladies at the front desk have all been very helpful. My last stay was great, quiet and not too busy even though it was Valentine's day weekend. I think my stay for this weekend a cheer squad was in town because HOLY TEENAGERS BATMAN! The room above/next to me there was yelling and there was constant pounding until 3 AM. Besides that I've had good experiences here and recommend the Silver Cloud.

Comfy bed & clean jacuzzi while looking at the waterNearby activities: We ate @ the Melting Pot & played gamed @ Dorky's & visited McMenamins. It was a good weekend.

This is a unique location for a hotel. Ir us pleasing to the eye and well appointed. Good parking and easy access. The staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The bedding is average but clean. Morning complimentary breakfast is above average. The views are unique, pleasing, and ad to the feeling of being on a holiday.

Very expensive for what it is. Few amenities and location is inconvenient unless you have a car. Room I was first given had a loud whistling noise thru window when wind blew. Had to pay extra for upgrade (which was actually pretty much the same type of room) or else move from room to room.

Peaceful Pristine jewel on TTowns almost ? percent public access waterfront. A breathe of fresh aire inviting one and all to the heart of Our Old Town village. Come on over rovers rub elbows with oui locos break some bread bend your elbow relax everything

We have stayed here 4 times in the past year and it has always been excellent.Rooms: Spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were superior. Lots of counter space in the bathroom and the shower head was adjustable.Nearby activities: Within easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and pubsWalkability: Waterfront paved walking path that goes for miles. A perfect morning stroll.

Went here for Valentines Day and I was not disappointed. Jordan at the front desk was so amazing that we just had to come back for our anniversary. The level of service that we received was impecable the staff are super friendly and helpful they make it more than a stay it is a whole experience. Clean rooms comfortable beds. I will cherish these memories for a life time.Rooms: Clean rooms, comfortable beds and amazing views.Walkability: This is on the waterfront with a private dock. 10/10 walkabilityNoteworthy details: We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite (they let me in ahead of time to decorate) Thank you Jordan for all of your help

We stayed here for 2 nights after spending time at the Lemays Car Museum and Flight museum. The room were very clean and the beds were comfy. View from window was amazing and kids loved watching the water come in and go out. Breakfast was good as well.
