I ordered a model kit from them on the 24th., 5 days later the parcel finally gets a scan by UPS. With Amazon offering 1 & 2 day shipping, it's hard to believe companies such as this still take days and days to ship an order. I'll definitely look elsewhere from here on out.

I was just inside this store and the employees behind the the counter completely ignored my husband and I to chat with their friends. One of the employees was not wearing a mask, as well as two people in the extremely tiny store, despite masks supposedly being a requirement (there is a notice on the door). The store was so small that the group of friends took up half of it, preventing us from being able to fully look around. We left just a few minutes after going in and will not be going back! I'll find a collectible store with better customer service and concern for the health and safety of others!

Our favorite place to buy models, meet other collectors, and get a good laugh from the guys! They have the best handpicked model kits, cars, and employees we've ever come across. The gentlemen who work there are spears friendly, have advice on any project though are currently perfecting, and enjoy spending hours chatting with us. We recommend them to all of our friends that are collectors, we will never shop anywhere else if we can help it!
