5015 Tacoma Mall Blvd Suite 101C, Tacoma“If you're looking for larger clothing, this is a good spot to check out. They have a lot of nice clothes (casual and business attire). I do wish their prices were cheaper. Even with the online coupons and sale prices, their clothing is still pretty expensive in the end.”
“Had the heels on a pair of cowboy boots built back up. Excellent work, the quick turnaround exceeded my expectations. They looked like they had quite a bit of business! I was in and out quickly both times.”

“The associates were very friendly and service oriented. They showed us all the products we asked about and even gave us a gift box. Great customer service from everyone!!”
“Well I had done my research and knew what I wanted when I came in. What I did not expect was the customer service I received from Chuck. Chuck was polite, helpful, and informative. He made me feel good about my purchase and filled me in on everything I needed to know about the warranties. Thank you Chuck!”

“Very good quality. Staff were beyond helpful and if it werent for their help I probably wouldn't of bought anything. I would of been frustrated with not finding correct size. Love buckle.”
“The GZone's Review of Skechers Warehouse Outlet at Lincoln Plaza 2505 S 38th St., Tacoma, WA
Big shout out to the Skechers Warehouse Team (Store Mgr, Elisa & others). Drove up from Olympia with a pair of skechers I purchased from the Centralia Outlet store over 6 months ago with no receipt, and all I wanted was to exchange them for different style\pair. They took care of me, no problem. It was quick, smooth, and I was out in less than 20 minutes.
Well run store. Clean and organized. Knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional staff.
I'll be back!??
*my personal experience”
“This would be a 1 star but thanks to Caleb he turned my experience into a 5. I went into to do a simple return but Kylee decided to dance instead of giving me the Vans family experience and provided decent customer service.”

“The ladies working here are very helpful! I stopped in to check out the sale going on and both ladies working were so kind. They helped me navigate the different styles of pants to fit my baby’s body type best. Thank you!!”

4502 S Steele St, Tacoma“A little on the pricey side but I'm ok with that for a couple reasons. One hey it's the mall and their space rent is at a premium. And 2 the selection they do have is pretty unique. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and id go back just because the selection was really good. Clerk was pleasant and helpful and there was no pressure to buy from her. Just good service and quick checkout.”
“The staff was very helpful. There was a wide range of shoes, and they even had my size 13 shoe with several options to choose from. I look forward to going back the next time I need shoes. I bought two pairs and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely suggest this place if you need shoes and/or socks.”
“Could not be happier with my experience at this store. I waited to leave a review because I wanted to see if my shoes and insoles actually made a difference. And what a return on my investment. I am 33 years old, I work 10 hour shifts (mostly on my feet the entire time) and I was starting to develop plantar's fasciitis. Because it was just starting to creep up, I wanted to see if lifestyle changes might fix my pain before I go spending hundreds of dollars on custom orthotics and podiatrist appointments. The ladies at this store immediately greeted me and treated me like a queen. I was actually taken aback a little because I've never received such great customer service at a shoe store. They were also very knowledgeable about the features of each shoe that I tried. I came away with Hoka shoes for work, special inserts for better arch support, and some Vionic slippers to wear around the house - because I am a busy mom and foot health matters to me at home too. These Hoka shoes must be popular because I saw several women come and go to buy some while I was deciding which shoe worked for me. I did spend a little over $300 after tax out the door, but still less than those custom orthotics would've cost me - and I must say it's been a difference of NIGHT AND DAY with my pain. It's nearly vanished! I will absolutely be returning to this store in the future and I am so grateful for all of their assistance! The woman who helped me even took the time to teach me a few different ways to tie my laces to maximize comfort. I wish I could remember her name, but unfortunately mom brain strikes again. I will never forget the experience though, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in a similar situation. Worth every single penny!”
“The workers were very helpful, one girl in particular with blonde hair. She helped me get multiple pairs of shoes for me and my kids. The store was clean, and the prices were great, especially the 20% off sale.”
“My grandson went shopping size 13 and he wanted so many different choices he finally found 3 pairs, but in the process team member eliyas had to run back and forth multiple times, and he did it with a smile on his face and extremely respectful to my 5 year old grandson. Thank you Eliyas for making my grandson happy ? we appreciate all of your hard work”

4502 S Steele St, Tacoma“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️First of all, you guys are great! You always have great customer service, everybody’s always super busy working hard, and you have a great selection and I’ve been shopping there for many, many, years….buuuuuut….Every once in a while, I’ll get a plastic price tag thread that has been shoved up into the seam of the collar of my Tshirt, and when I snap the tag off or the plastic thread holding the price tag, the top piece that breaks off gets stuck inside the seam of the collar, and after a while of wearing it, it will start to scratch or poke me in the neck, sometimes, not all the time, but when it does it’s super annoying lol, and you can’t get this little broken piece out of the collar seam without (being a Ninja) poking a hole in your shirt, stretching it out, or destroying the threads a little bit…is there anyway that you guys could find a different spot to put the price tag? lol Probably not, but I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who’s been bummed out by this and it’s NOT a super big deal…just a heads up. In the picture you can see where the plastic price tag thread goes up under the collar seam. When that top part of the plastic thread gets snapped off, that little plastic piece gets stuck up in the collar seam, and it can be sharp enough to poke through and scratch or poke your neck…so annoying…lol…I still gave you guys a FIVE STAR rating and I still shop there all the time ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Finish Line Tacoma is by far my favorite sneaker store at any mall.I've been shopping here for the past year and always look forward to stopping in to find the latest kicks from some of my favorite brands. Whether it's adidas, Jordan, Nike, Puma or New Balance, you are sure to find whatever shoes you're looking for at this location. The staff and team work diligently to provide a superb shopping experience. Mark and Jeremiah are my favorite associates. They treat me like family members and our conversations are always delightful. I appreciate their knowledge on what's new and trendy as well as the product recommendations they've made!Overall I would highly recommend Finish Line Tacoma. You will be impressed all around!-Kamal”
“I honestly don’t know why this location has so many bad reviews, I sold a couple of my clothes and a purse here and they gave me a decent amount for what I gave, please remember Plato’s closet usually only takes what’s trendy and/or designer/popular brands. Yes you won’t get $100 for your used lululemon but good luck trying to sell it for that price anywhere else ! Also most of the employees there are very nice and knowledgeable.”
“Just to preface this, I normally don't write reviews. So this just lets you know how great of an experience we had that I wanted to write about it!
My husband and I came to this store during the evening rush. We only stood around for a couple minutes before a friendly team member named Jay sat us down to evaluate our needs. My husband and I both wanted a new pair of running shoes and had never been to Fleet Feet before but had heard about their in-store foot scanning feature. After explaining what the process would look like, Jay took my husband and I individually to the scanning devices and then we sat back down and went over our results. It was really cool to see the 3D scans of our feet on the iPad and it fascinated me that the machines were able to collect so much information about our feet, like our stride, points of pressure in our feet when we walk, foot shape, etc. Jay was so knowledgeable and took the time to share with us what the results meant and it was really fun to learn more about our own feet. With this gathered information, Jay went to go find shoes for us that would serve us best based on our scans and Jay's expertise. What was also cool was Jay picked out a new pair of socks for each of us to wear while trying on shoes and the socks were so comfy! In addition, we tried on a few different pairs of insoles and ended up finding some that fit our individual needs. We only had to try on three or four pairs of shoes each before finding the perfect pair. All in all, it was such a fun experience and we truly believe that Jay was the reason behind it all. Jay was with us through the entire process and was friendly from start to finish. Jay enjoyed explaining everything to us, was super patient, and not once made us feel like we were taking too long and needed to hurry up deciding. It was nice that it didn't feel salesy but instead more of a genuine interest in trying to help find us the right pair of shoes that we would be happy and comfortable wearing. We absolutely want to come back to Fleet Feet for the next shoe purchase because of our wonderful experience and we really hope that we get to see Jay again in the future!”
